So two days ago I said that there was one old spanking movie from Shadowlane that I had not yet seen and that I needed to renew my HOT MOVIES subscription so that I could watch it. Well that is exactly what I did, paid my $20 for 200 minutes, watched the portions of the movie below that I wanted to see and now I still have two and a half hours remaining time to watch whatever the hell I want.
That’s how it works by the way, if there are only portions of the video that you want to see then your minutes only get charged for the time you actually use. So for example, I watched about half of the movie above and therefore only 25 or so minutes were deducted from my 200 minutes.
I’ve long felt that this is the future of watching spanking movies, and I know that not every producer wants Hot Movies to sell their content for them, but there are enough that there are literally hundreds of spanking titles available. There are some examples below.
They don’t have every single movie up yet, but as close to it as you can find. This is why I personally signed up in the first place to be honest. I’m a big fan of the way that Shadow Lane makes its films, always have been. In fact I would go as far as to say that their vision is what helped me with my personal journey in this lifestyle when I moved to America. Instead of rifling through put away DVD’s, I simply log in to Hot Movies and watch the scenes that I want to watch.
I believe that every full length film that Real Spankings made is on this site. I also believe that the biggest selling spanking film on Hot Movies is also on here, and if you guys love the strap then you might well cry with joy at this one. The film is SOUTHERN STRAPPINGS 2. You won’t be the only one crying, it’s not unusual for the girls to cry in this film either.
Now how much have I personally spent on Hot Movies? Quite honestly, I couldn’t tell you, but they have over 200,000 adult movies covering every fetish you can imagine, so I have spent accordingly, lol. I’ve probably purchased minutes 15-20 times so far over the years and I don’t regret a single penny, and why is that? It is because if I don’t really like something, it might cost me 5 minutes in stream time, but that is far better than paying $30 for a DVD that it turns out I might not like. Plus I also get to watch the scenes that I enjoy and skip over the scenes that don’t appeal to me.
There may come a time actually where I put my own DVD’s on to Hot Movies, I just have to collect up all of my 2257 forms that are in a box somewhere.
What is spam on Saturday you may ask, well I shall tell you. Ever wonder how spanking websites get members? One of the methods is through people like me with their referral programs. In a nutshell, I get 20% on sales, but I also get 5% of what other websites earn because they took the link from my site. So if you imagine that 20 sites grabbed my promotional tool, I get 5% of what 20 sites earn each month. It’s pretty cool. Finally, I have some time on my hands were I can sit down and write for a change. So I have my Hazel Dickens collection playing in the background, lights turned down low and a clear mind to share some thoughts. It’s funny actually, on my Facebook page a friend had posted this awesome picture of a child looking scornful with the caption “The face of haters when they see something you wrote in their feed”. Hopefully that doesn’t happen here, but I know that I am taking a chance being that most people come here for the pictures that I share.
The first thing that you might observe is that there are pages missing from the menu bar above. They are not actually missing, what I have done is I have merged some of them to already existing drop down menus to create some menu space. I’m okay with two menu bar lines but I don’t want to go any further than that. What exactly I am going to replace them with I am not actually sure just yet. There are some thoughts that I have for special pages, one of which you will read about in the paragraph below.
In a few weeks time I am going to go to a spanking party and a thought crossed my mind. One thing that has constantly come up is the popularity of my old spanking zone podcasts, where I sit down and interview people in the spanking community. As there will be a number of known spankos at the party I might actually purchase a digital voice recorder and see if I can’t get a few 15 minute interviews. There will also be some dead links which I have never gotten around to cleaning up. If I get some time on Sunday I am going to extract the audio from one of the interviews I conducted with Dana Specht. These are all done exclusively for her website, but as some of them are up to 7 years old I doubt if she will mind if I share the audio from some of the older ones.
Now when I started writing I had no idea which direction I was going to go in, I was thinking more vanilla but you know darn well that I can’t go long without spanking coming into it. Either way the post title will be a good place holder. It is actually my favorite way of writing, just sitting down without a plan and seeing where it takes me.
One thing that I was thinking about on the way home tonight was my favorite spanking pictures. Now this type of thing could have me writing for hours as there are so many that I like. In fact this might take up one of the menu places above where I will write posts describing why I like certain pictures and perhaps including half a dozen pics at a time. I like to think that I am a connoisseur of spanking pictures and I could easily see myself writing a few paragraphs on around a hundred different pics or so.
With that thought in mind I am sure that everyone has a favorite picture, or at the very least a favorite type of setting/ambiance/clothing/scenario etc that makes certain pictures more special to them. Now I’m never asked this, but when I pose the question to myself, the one picture that I think is the best discovery that I have made, it probably surprises people. The one picture that I found that fits this bill is the college art project that recreates one of the most famous spanking pictures that exists, which is the one for the Chase and Sanborn Coffee Ad. The picture is from 1954 and while it isn’t the best picture ever made, the scene itself has been recreated untold times in pictures. So to find the copy that I did on Ebay was such a rarity that I was almost sick when I forgot to bid on it. Below you will see the original and the second pic is the college recreation from 1954.
From a position of personal taste I will rarely, in fact if I ever have, post a picture that shows genitalia. That isn’t a knock on anyone as most websites and blogs features this, it is just something that is not appealing to me. My focus tends to lean towards pictures that might be found in mainstream magazines etc, or pictures that leave you with an impression that you can create your own story to. I’m a very visual creature and I almost think I am weird in what it is exactly that pushes my buttons when it comes to spanking pictures. There is not one thing in particular, in can be a variety of different things. Here are two examples of what I am talking about.
This picture here is on my phone, and it is my happy picture, it never ceases to put a smile on my face. Should I ever get stressed then I just open the phone and look at the picture. Now why do I like it so much? It is very simple, a thought once come to my mind at what I was seeing and it has stuck with me ever since. The person doing the spanking I believe is Aunt Vicki from Texas and it is the slight smile on her face that does it for me. It is a smile that says to me “Oh, so you think you are too old for a spanking do you”? It is a thought that has stuck with me and I just love the picture.
Another picture that I love that I have never posted before is from Shadowlane. The picture features Virginia Lewis receiving what clearly looks like a rather painful lesson. It is one of those “A picture is worth a thousand words” type of pictures where I would love to hear a story about it. More than anything, I would love to hear VIRGINIA’S version of events that led to this conclusion. It is a very hot pic, as are the few others from this small set.
Part of the reason that I thought this morning that this would be a vanilla post tonight was during the journey into work today. Normally I have my coffee and I read the paper, but today I pretty much spent the entire journey looking at the Manhattan skyline. I’m fortunate that I take an elevated train to work so every day I get to see New York and it reminds me how great my life is. I’m serious as well, I find the skyline to be very humbling and I am appreciative for what I have. It was just a mellow ride all around, thinking of family and where I am.
My family outside of my immediate family is not really close. It is kind of sad really that I don’t even know if all of my Father’s siblings have left us. My dad died in 1999 and I’m pretty sure that his brother and sisters have also passed away. My cousins on my dad’s side I literally could not tell you of, I know there are some but I would have only met them when I was very young. Cousins on my mom’s side is also the same, I had very little contact with them when I was young. Some of mom’s siblings are still alive. Two of her brothers died a long time ago and I was able to go to both funerals, and of course mom died a few months ago. She does still have three sisters and two brothers living though. The reason that I mention that is because I’m not close to them so when it comes to family it is pretty much my brother and myself and that is it. Some of my older readers will know that I also lost a brother in 2009.
If you have lost people in your life then I think that you understand where I am coming from, it makes you more appreciative for what you do have. There are a lot of good people in my life so I am really blessed by that, and I don’t really have any regrets, but I do wish that some friendships had stood the test of time. People drift apart though so that happens to everyone, I’m sure that I am not alone in that. Some of my strongest friendships have developed during my time of need, which of course are the times listed above with the family deaths. I’m generally a very strong character emotionally which is a trait that I am thankful for. There is this understanding in my mind that I can only control what I do and how I feel, I cannot control that in anyone else. It isn’t something that I try to do, if a person makes a decision then I’m okay with that, it’s their decision, not mine.
Now I have to take time out and tell you a story. As I have been writing this I have moved on from Hazel Dickens to Sarah McLachlan in my Amazon cloud player.
In 1997 I went on a camping trip with a close friend and two sisters who were friends of my friend. That year the sisters had lost their brother quite tragically. We were around the camp fire and there was a radio playing over by the tents. I was snuggled up with my lady friend and the sisters were opposite. The song “Angel” by Sarah McLachlan came on the radio and the sister closest laid back into her sister’s lap and started singing while her sister played with her hair. Man I remember it like it was yesterday. At that point I hadn’t lost any close family members, but even then I got their bond in a nanosecond, it was so beautiful to watch. A bit of a buzzkill I have to admit, but it is something that I will always have as a memory.
That’s kind of what death does to you really, you never forget who has your back during those times. That is why my brother and I are so close, we have been through quite a bit so far. I know that we are not alone in that, many of you have as well, that is why I think that you will understand what I have written. It also puts your own mortality on the table and totally reminds me of that line in ‘The Shawshank Redemption’, “Get busy living, or get busy dying” 🙂
I’ve certainly mellowed over the past year. A big part of that which I can’t deny was taking an extended break from the scene. It had got to the point where that strength of mine had become a weakness. That internal barometer that I have started to malfunction. It is my “Take no shit” barometer.
That will be the one area that I will try to improve upon this year, I’m going to force myself to be more social. I’m still going to take my “Me” time, but there has to be a balance. I also have to do some extra work in terms of playing. I think that if you recognize your weaknesses it helps you improve as a person. A definite weakness of mine is my far too laid back, almost antagonistic approach to playing. What is my problem you may ask? I’ve got to be honest, I just don’t give a fuck, lol.
Seriously though, I’ve never chased or played games or pined to play with anyone. There is this emotional barrier that I have that I have spoken of many times before, if someone is not interested in playing with me then my interest in playing with them also hits zero. The emotional attachment is the strongest link for me, it has to be there even in the smallest form of friendliness. Now I don’t mean that in a nasty way and I hope that it doesn’t come across that way, it’s just that I am so secure with what I have and what I have experienced so far.
There is no denying, I have received a hundred times more than I ever could have imagined in my WILDEST dreams, it has been a beautiful journey. I want for nothing in the scene. Actually I will rephrase that, I do want what I currently have because I love it.
Anyway, I threw some vanilla sprinkles in at the end there to go with the earlier spanking stuff. I’m not even going to proof read it because I was just rambling. Maybe I will post it, check all those emails people are sending me and then come back to it.
This morning I needed a distraction as I juggled watching the football and talking to my mum. She is due home from hospital next week and they have offered her a hospital bed, and of course she is being stubborn saying that she will use her own bed. I tried a tactic by saying “Why not have the bed at home and if you don’t use it, so be it, but it will be there if you need it”. We will find out next week whether that registers for her. I’m not going to go in depth today, but this blog is about my life and unfortunately there are times where vanilla things are a part of it, now of course is one of those times.
On the spanking front though, I think that spanking Pixie last week has got my interest back a bit. I mean it was always there, I just got worn out and tired of certain behaviours that took the fun out of it for me. Spanking has always been about fun and enjoyment for me, and the last few parties that I went to I stopped having fun. That is nobodies fault other than my own, the enjoyment stopped because my focus was on the negative and not the positive.
Anyway, aside from spanking Pixie last week, I also got a tweet from ellee this week reminding me that our schoolgirl/teacher two part scene has not been completed yet. ellee Evergood still has to go home to face her uncle to explain her behaviour. As I probably won’t be at another party for obvious reasons, that leaves me lots of time to plot. I’m already envisioning ellee being sent to her room to wait for me in nothing but her t-shirt and panties, and nothing screams domestic more than a thick leather belt. It’s early days though, and I do like to create a good story.
Of course with ellee reminding me of the scene I went back to look at pictures from the schoolgirl scene we did. Out of the 22 pictures we took I have only ever posted two. There is two of her in the corner displaying a bright scarlet bottom but her panties are very sheer, and I respect her wishes for no bare bottom pics. Her bottom isn’t bare, but it just as well be 🙂
So going through the pics today I started playing with them, and I came up with this awesome, evocative image. Obviously there are no faces, but I thought that I would share my artistic creation. What started out as an event to while away a lonely Christmas back in 2006, has now turned into something that has made me many friends over the years. My search for the unique and historic has become almost obsessive at times, but that is one of the things that brings people to me at parties.
Now I have a lot to say this week, but I will leave that until later in the week. What I want to do right now is to take the time to thank each and every one of you for your support during the last 6 years and I wish a merry Christmas to all of you.
Just recently I asked to be withdrawn from the spanking blog of the year award which made some of you wonder why, later in the week I will explain that decision to you in detail. My reasons for doing my blog are not about getting some form of recognition, that is something that I already get when people email me or leave me a message. Each year a number of people either decide to seek me out via Fetlife, or they email me at richardwindsor@richardwindsor.com to tell me what my feelings, thoughts and prose have meant to them. The numbers are very small in comparison to the amount of readers that I get, but that is where my actual reward comes from. To be able to reach someone with something substantial that is meaningful to them because of something that I have written or talked about, and then have them contact me because of that, that is the award that I get for doing this blog. If that applies to you then feel free to contact me, I love hearing from people if what I have written about has moved you in some way. This is why I do this blog.
Anyway, to celebrate my anniversary this year I am going to share with you some of the pics that have been taken for me this year featuring two girls who I think will be special people to me going forward.
First of all we have Ellee. Now this young lady has followed me since the days of SIN for many years, at a recent event we got to meet and chat for a while for the first time, and as luck would have it we also met at a party the following week. During that party she found a way to let me know that she was free and we engaged in a conversation, which allowed me to pop the question. It is a bit like a high school dance really, the girl showing interest and hoping the guy will ask her to dance. The scene that we had was incredible, we even did an impromptu roleplay which is something that I adore. You all know how aesthetics play an important role to me, and what happened before the spanking even started is something that keeps flashing through my mind. After a brief lecture I asked her what she thought was going to happen next, little Ellee was playing with the hem of her dress, looking at the floor, and very quietly she replied “A spanking”. I could have melted right there, it put me in such a head space and made me feel so Alpha.
It was a foundation spanking. We followed through with the roleplay, but we allowed some laughs to be incorporated. The reasons for the spanking were real, but the atmosphere was light. During this spanking I spanked Ellee with my hand and hairbrush, the caning came at the end of the night just before everyone left. A quick ten to send her on her way, with the last one catching her on the underside of the buttocks which was deliberate on my part, with the hope being that she would be squirming in the car seat on her journey. Here are some pics from that scene (click each one for the larger pic) and we have started to discuss an elaborate roleplay to act out. For that one there will be no laughing, we will both be in character throughout and Ellee, I can assure you, will leave that scene with a very sore bottom. This is a scene that I am really excited about and I will be putting quite a bit of work into to make sure it is right, as is Ellee. If all goes well then it could be something that I remember for the rest of my spanking days, Ellee is not only a delight to be around, she is an awesome player as well. I look forward to developing a friendship with her and hope that we have some awesome scenes in the years to come. My belief is that the roleplay we are going to act out will be an event that we both look back upon fondly.
During this past year I have got to meet up with Beth Eisley several times, but we only managed to play twice. This tends to happen to Beth and I a lot over the years, we plan every event to actually play together, but our strike rate is about 50%. It is one of the things in the spanking world that frustrates me at times because I love playing with Beth. The main reason for this is simple, we just have fun. There is normally some form of joke, Beth likes me to sing to her during her spanking, or there are others around getting spanked and the girls start singing with each other as they are getting spanked. Just random silliness and a wonderful time.
At the Shadowlane party I witnessed Beth in what seemed to be the happiest I have ever seen her. Now don’t get me wrong, she is always a joy to be with, but at Shadowlane there seemed to be something a little different, there seemed to be an extra spark to her. In the pics shown below it was pretty much Beth who initiated the spanking, we were in the same room, she came over and spank flirted with me and we found a place to play. I gave her my hat, a true test of trust for me, sang her a song, and we laughed throughout the spanking as usual.
There is a cruel streak to me though, one day I would love to get Beth alone, lay her on the bed and give her 6 of the best with my Malaysian cane on a white bottom. Who knows, maybe one day that dream will come true. Assuming that she wears a size 5, I even have some panties for her the next time that I see her. It also just dawned on me that every picture in this post was taken by ParttimeLondoner, how the hell did she escape being spanked during this time? Have a wonderful Christmas everyone.
So I have decided upon a plan. I was trying to decide whether or not to only do the Windsor Wednesday Classics weekly post, or to break it in two and also do a Sunday’s Sorority Spanking weekly post as well. Well I just divided up all of the pics that I purchased and I have just slightly over 30 of each, so I have decided to go with two weekly posts of spanking pics that you are unlikely to have seen before.
Most of these pics I have purchased for my personal collection with the intent of sharing them with the spanking community. My original plan was to put a non intrusive website address on them with one goal in mind, and that was so that the people who saw the pics could know where they came from and they could then come here to also enjoy the vast collection that I will be sharing with the community. That was the plan anyway, but the very first pic that is in the post below this one has been posted elsewhere and the non intrusive website address that I put on was deliberately cut out of the pic, therefore not allowing other viewers to follow the site and enjoy the rest of them. My site itself was linked, but now when this pic gets shared on Twitter and Tumblr and the likes, there will be no link for them to follow.
Now I should make it clear, I don’t own the rights to the pics themselves, however, I paid for them with the intent of sharing them with everyone, so the copies that I have (save for the ones that Mr. P mailed to me) and that I scan I do actually own. Like I said, I own them already for my own enjoyment, I really didn’t think that it was taking a liberty to put my website address on them in a non intrusive fashion so that people who see them can follow the link to enjoy the rest of what I have purchased to share with the community. I also don’t mind feeding other blogs with material to post, but it makes no sense to me to watch them be edited so that people don’t come here for the pictures. So to avoid that I am going to make the website address intrusive to the pic. Of course I will try my hardest not to ruin the pic at all and I have a method to do that, but as I paid for the material I want to make sure that my hard work and financial investment gets recognized and it appears to do that I will have to put my address in the middle of the pic. And yes, despite the financial investment that I made, I have spent more hours than you could care to imagine researching this material and then subsequently paying for it.
This whole concept started when Mr. P so kindly shared with me his private collection with the equally kind gesture that I could freely use the pics to share with the community. That set me on a mission, I followed leads that he had provided, diligently went through many archives (which I continue to do) and when I made a hit, I made a purchase. Now the money isn’t really the issue here, I will get that back through the links on this site, it is more to do with the time investment that I put in with this effort. I’m like anyone, I want to be rewarded for my hard work and in this case that reward would be an increase in traffic for people to enjoy the fruits of my labor.
So be sure to come here on Sunday (probably Saturday night ;)) when I will post the first of what will be a weekly Sorority spanking pic for at least the next 34 weeks and counting. One thing is for sure, Mr. P will love what I have, in fact I am going to mail him my entire collection before they are posted on here.

It has arrived so quickly that I have hardly had time to get excited about it, but the Shadowlane party is just a few days away. The break from online activity has rejuvenated me a bit, sometimes we all need to step back a bit and clear our heads. There was a lot of things going on online that started to have me thinking negatively about the scene in general. It’s not like I am going anywhere, I am a born spanko and this blog will always be around, but I started to cut back a bit on the other blogs, perhaps updating the vintage blog once a week and leaving the spanking pics blog as an archive for now. When I get the time I will pre-post a bunch of posts on the spanking pics blog and let it run on its own for a while.
Of course as I have mentioned several times already, I also have a little hobby away from spanking that has been especially pleasing. The Mary Pickford blog I have preset with posts for a year already, so that one doesn’t need to be touched as it will update itself. Then I have the two other vanilla projects, the Vintage Americana picture blog and the gorgeous pinups blog. Neither of them require much time, though I get a really big kick out of finding unique vintage pictures. We all have to accept responsibility for our own actions, and I was finding that I was spending far too much time focusing on the negative energy that was being brought to the online spanking community so I needed to pull away from it.
There are aspects of the online spanking world that won’t change, but I can change how I deal with them personally. There are a lot of really good people in the spanking world and those are the people that I will give my attention to. As an example, a while back I observed someone joining my Fetlife group and clicked on the profile to check out who it was, only to find out that the person had blocked me. Now ordinarily I wouldn’t give a hoot about that, I’m not in the spanking world to have everyone like me, but I was perturbed for a while that I didn’t know this person, hadn’t interacted with them, nor had I spoken with them in any way. It took me a while but then I realized, what does it really matter? Perhaps they are friends with people who I have philosophical differences with, maybe they don’t like my friends, or heaven forbid, they just might not like me 🙂 At the end of the day I try to be friendly with everyone, but you can bet your bottom dollar that if I am going to a spanking party I want to know who doesn’t care for me, that way I won’t have to waste any time going out of my way to be friendly. At the end of the day it isn’t important, not when there are so many people who are important.
On that subject, with Shadowlane coming up, I feel that I should share my opinions about handling a spanking party and how one should conduct ones self. Now of course everyone will have their own view on this, but this is my take.
It should come as no surprise that even though I have the nickname, The Ultra Popular Top, not everyone likes me, and I can assure you that I don’t like everyone either. The thing that is important in my eye is how you handle that at a spanking party. Nobody should be naive enough to think that everyone at a spanking party will like everyone else there. Spanking parties are just like the community as a whole, there will always be the human emotions that manifest themselves.
Here is the deal though, people go to spanking parties to enjoy themselves. This may come as a shock, but absolutely no one wants to have to deal with someone else’s shit at a spanking party. Most of us pay a pretty penny to attend a party, in fact the Shadowlane one all told will cost me the best part of a grand once you take into account the flight, the hotel and the party fee. I’ll be quite frank with you, I’m not dishing out that type of money to deal with someone else’s baggage.
Let me use myself as an example to avoid any paranoia. There are situations that have happened over the many years in the spanking scene that have made me very angry, the thing is though, a spanking party is NOT the place for those feelings to manifest themselves. As with any spanking party there will be people there who have rubbed me the wrong way, and to be fair about it there are probably people who will attend who I have rubbed the wrong way over time as well. The only way that should be handled should be for the benefit of everyone else who is attending, be polite, cordial, and do whatever you can to avoid confrontation. I find as a guy that when it comes to other guys situations are easy to avoid, you simply be polite, hold your tongue, and move on. It is a little harder for me with members of the opposite sex because I never want to offend anyone, though I also wish to maintain my own set principals. Once more though I try my hardest to maintain politeness and avoid any issue that may be on my mind. It is especially hard if you are in a group setting and you are involved in some activity where you don’t wish to play with someone, but the situation is such that you may have to in a playful setting. This is where the old British stiff upper lip comes in, you simply suck it up and do what you have to do to keep the peace for everyone who is present.
Yeah, that may shock you, but I don’t wish to play with anyone in a skirt. 99% of them perhaps, lol, but there are a few circumstances where I don’t wish to. I’m normally very good at avoiding any issue coming up, as I said before, be polite, respectful, and maintain your own boundaries. The bottom line to all of this is leave your own baggage at the door, nobody wants to hear your shit, nobody wants to have to deal with your shit, it yours, own it and live with it. Even those people who I have little time for will not hear about it at a party, that is grossly unfair to anyone else who has paid their own hard earned money to get away and have a good time. Try the route of being polite and cordial, suck it up a bit. It isn’t for your benefit to do so, it is for the benefit of everyone else who will be at the party.
I’m really excited that so many of my friends will be in Vegas, my friends will all be there and of course I will be spending quite a bit of time with them. Other friends from the SSC, the FMS party and long time scene friends will also be there. Part of the problem of taking a break from the online world though is that I am not sure exactly who is and who isn’t going, there are certainly people who I hope are going who I haven’t spoken to for a while. Two of my girls, Sara Fields and Aurora are two of the people who I haven’t spoken to in a while who I hope are going. I can’t go to a spanking party and not have Aurora around to hug every 5 minutes 🙂
There are people who I know are going but it really isn’t my business to publicly share that information, that is their business. Beth Eisley has already blogged that she is going so I think it is safe to mention her, and being that I just read that she will also be there when I arrive on Wednesday then this mention could well be worth it.
Back at the FMS party I took Beth to spanking court for calling me a pervert in front of a group of people. Now was it court worthy? Of course it wasn’t, but I had also heard Beth say over the weekend that she had never had a case in spanking court and it was my way of involving her. So much for being a nice guy huh, I lost and now I owe her 15 minutes worth of personal service. I’m hoping that she has a 15 minute spanking in mind as her personal service, I mean, it is a spanking party after all. Or perhaps she will be like Parttimelondoner and milk 45 minutes out it 🙂 I’m an honorable guy though, I will provide the service without complaint, though I also believe in honesty, there will be a part of me that will seek her out for kangaroo court justice 😉 All in good fun though, I love playing with Beth and I hope that at some point over the weekend that she gives me the honor of a fun play session, she is a great girl to play with. Come to think of it, now that I have mentioned PTL, I’m sure she is owed a good spanking as well.

The first spanking films that I watched were in a seedy cinema near to the Janus store in London. I was a very young man and some of these films were super 8 loops featuring basically every English spanking film at the time. Here is what caught my eye though, NONE of them represented what I wanted and what I was looking for in a spanking film. If I was lucky there would be a 5 minute section that caught my attention, but for me at the time, and remember I hadn’t long left high school myself, these films were really harsh. The formula would start with an OTK scene that predominantly went straight to the bare, and if it didn’t it started, very briefly, over hideous looking school knickers. Trust me, at that time the girls I went to school with were NOT wearing those types of knickers. You can read the tale of the first spanking that I ever gave right here.
Once the movie started in earnest we were all treated to a heavy does of the cane or sometimes the use of a tawse. The bottom line, none of it represented what I wanted or what I was looking for in the spanking world. In my mind it represented what I had already had, a spunky girl who gets an OTK spanking, and her choice of clothing would be modern for the time, specifically, she would be wearing sexy knickers and not the thick granny panties portrayed in the movies.
Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not knocking the films themselves, I know a great many people would, and still do enjoy that type of film, it just wasn’t for me, it wasn’t representative of what spanking meant for me.
In 1987 I moved to America, at the time it wasn’t permanent, but it was the start. In June of 1988 the move became permanent for me. Now my initial play experiences were few and far between, almost to a point of being a fantasy.
In 1985, when I first came to America at the age of 22, I worked at a summer camp for a few short months. During that time I got to experience something that I had neither heard of nor was aware of, and this was birthday spankings. Not even a mention of the smallest degree had I heard about this.The event itself was so nondescript as well, but I remember it like it was yesterday. A counselor had turned 21 years old, she stood on a chair and a group of other staff took turns giving her a shot with a broom. Honestly I don’t know what they call the brooms, but they are the ones that you would envision that a witch uses. Like I said, it was nothing more than symbolic, there wasn’t anything that would resemble a spank, it was more a matter of touching a bottom with the broom, but oh my god, was I ever interested in finding out about it.
Now I’m not totally sure of the year, but a good guess was that it would indeed be 1989 (90 at the latest) that I first discovered an American spanking magazine. I know from my initial thoughts that it was showing me something far different from what I had seen in the UK, even if it was staged.
If you are a pedantic sort, you can search my archives with a fine tooth comb to try and find some inconsistencies, but I feel absolutely certain that the very first spanking film that I ever watched was Tony and Eve – A College Fantasy, so not only was it the first, but it was and still is my favorite spanking film ever made. Here is what it meant to me at the time that I bought it. I knew what I wanted in the spanking world, and other than a few important pictures that I had seen in the British spanking magazines, there was nothing up until that point that had captured what spanking meant to me. Coincidentally, I am also in the middle of writing my review about when I would first visit the Janus store in London back in the 1979-1984 era.
So Eve Howard must certainly became my first spanking crush based on that first film. The initial look on her face when she received 3 swats from Tony in front of her locker, oh my god, that was it, that is what I was looking for. The scenes that followed I don’t need to repeat if you read my review, but it was just about as perfect as I could wish for. The air of romance between the two, the clothing, the good sound spanking but done with a tinge of humor. Even to this day I would still watch the film from start to finish.
There are aspects of what I want in a spanking film that Tony and Eve covered in their entirety. A flirty schoolgirl with perfect mannerisms, a SLIP, yes, the most forgotten item in the spanking world, a slip worn under the skirt, and as important as anything, silky white panties as only the 80’s could produce. Remember, that was my first experience, so to see Eve spanked 3 times and each time she was wearing sexy adult panties, I knew that I had arrived. This is what I wanted in a spanking film, it isn’t anything outrageous, there was no need to push an envelope, it was as simple as a good sound hand spanking and an aesthetic appeal that made me feel that it was real.
Of course it didn’t take long for me to want to see more, so back to Kinematics I would go, desperate to be ripped off by paying twice as much for a video. Now what I had seen with Eve Howard was what I wanted, so I was just had to find another video with her in it, at least that way I knew that what I was buying from the video description would be something that I wanted. The second video that I purchased was “Out of the closet” from Nuwest, it had Eve Howard in it so I couldn’t go wrong, right?
If you have not seen this film it is another one that I would recommend, though perhaps for different reasons. The first part of this film featured a woman by the name of Pam? I believe, or perhaps it was Pat (think she also went by Michelle). Either way, the first part of the film was this lady wanted to spank another woman, and that woman of course was Eve Howard. Now it was 25 years ago so I don’t recall exactly how it happened, but at a guess I probably rewound that VHS tape and watched that scene several times over before moving on to the next scene. It was something that was really hot.
In the next scene we had Ed Lee and Tony Elka spanking both girls together, sat opposite each other and even spanking the girl on the opposite lap. Again, it was a hard hand spanking, but it served exactly the purpose that I wanted. The final scene unfortunately didn’t reach me at all, and I’m not knocking the scene itself, indeed, if you like to watch a very hard application of the hairbrush you won’t go wrong watching the final scene, it was as hard of a hairbrushing as I have ever seen. For me though, as I have mentioned numerous times, in my home life I was rarely spanked. Hit, oh yes, hit many times and many times over with an implement of choice, but at no point would anyone viewing it have considered it to even remotely resemble spanking. On those rare occasions where an actual spanking occurred, well, I have no doubt that the final scene of that film would have resembled it. Like I said, I’m not knocking the scene itself, but based on my personal experience it left me with a bad feeling. I was looking for something that touched me and I had that, I just watched for a little too long.
So the question was “What would you like to see in a spanking film that you have yet to see”
Honestly, there isn’t anything. I would like a recreation of what I first saw that had a profound impact on me, and fortunately through the years I have found that in the Shadowlane films. Not every film did it for me, and remember, I was buying them from a store where I was being charged an arm and a leg, so if I didn’t like a film then I was hit double having paid a lot for it.
For me it is about formula as opposed to a specific scene. The characters in the film are as important to me as any scenario that is being played out, indeed, the choice of clothing is also as important to me as anything.
This is the formula as seen through the eyes of Richard Windsor. You have two players who have an attraction towards each other, I’m not even talking anything overt here either, just two people who can play off of each other. Honestly, their physical appearance is of little interest to me just as long as they communicate well with each other. I’m very old fashioned, I want to see a girl dressed as a girly girl, that means skirts or dresses, stockings, silky panties (no thongs) or something else equally believable. It could be pajamas, nightshirt, shorts, sweatpants, they are all feminine and sexy. I’m not opposed to costumes at all, anyone who remembers Goldie in this infamous Shadowlane picture would know that.
The bottom line is, I want the character to be believable. I want the girl to know she is going to get a spanking, it is my fantasy world and in that fantasy world a girl gets spanked when she is naughty. The characters have to represent that to me, I want them to portray that a spanking is a natural consequence to their behaviour, even if I have to suspend belief that a neighbor wouldn’t really spank another neighbor for playing music too loud.
Here is the key though, they know that they are going to get spanked but they have a bit of feistiness in them. Sure, they are going to get their bottoms spanked, but I want them to display a bit of spunk before they get it. I want them to verbally resist a spanking, not physically, after all, it is natural in my world to get spanked for being naughty. When the time comes though they go over the lap willingly, albeit they are protesting verbally. The spanking itself doesn’t have to be hard by any means, it is all about the overall product in my eyes.
Here is one example of what I am talking about, as much as I love Tony and Eve – A College fantasy, Shadowlane also produced what I believed to be the hottest spanking film out there. Now it isn’t hot for any other reason than the fact the the whole scenario really gets to me in a good way. On one side you have a very attractive man in Tom Byron, rugged, good looking and very toppy. On the other side you have Kristie Imboch, shy, demure, sexy and inquisitive. The whole scene is about two people who have met online and have returned from dinner. It is a scene that is played out all over the spanking world, I have played it myself many times and I will no doubt play it in the future. You meet someone on a spanking date and you don’t know how it is going to progress, even if you both want it to happen. In this film Kristie Imboch is as vulnerable as it gets, indeed her character comes off initially as almost embarrassed, but she puts her best foot forward and plays along.
The spanking itself is hard right from the get go, and that is just with the hand. I actually remember the very first swat and saying to myself “Damn”. In a spanking film I don’t want to watch sexual acts, that’s just me, but this film was as sexy as anything that I have seen. The word sexy to me means romance, not butt plugs, anal beads and vibrators.
I wonder if anyone is interested in me breaking down what I do and don’t like in a spanking film?
I like the chemistry, it is all about the chemistry. I don’t care if it is scripted, if it comes off that it doesn’t look scripted then that works best for me. Scripts are great, just as long as the girl is free to be herself, her remarks can be a really important part of the film and I want to believe that she is as sassy as she is coming off. I don’t want to hear a girl curse in a film, a soft curse is great, so is a big one if it is just one, but I don’t want to hear a potty mouth.
Clothing is as important as anything, I want the guy to look sharp. No particular dress style, just someone who is well groomed. For a girl I could write a book, to me it is about sexiness as seen through my eyes. I’m not in the realm of criticizing someone else, these thoughts are what it means to me. My definition of femininity in a spanking scene is simple, a pretty dress or skirt, stockings, slip, silky panties, pajamas, any combination of the above really. My version of femininity is chauvinistic I guess, but it is what I like, I want to see a girly girl.
What I don’t want is baggy jeans, thongs, low rise briefs, cotton anything, and the guy has to be kempt, I sure as heck don’t want to see a scruffy Mcduffy doing the spanking. Oh, and I want the guy to act like a manly man, rugged, stern and commanding.
What scene do I want to see? That is so subjective really, the scene set up is of little importance. This is where I stand, I am watching a spanking film, I know a spanking is going to happen. Let us suspend belief just like they do for pro wrestling, we know it is scripted so be done with that part already. So I don’t want the shock and horror “Oh my god, not a spanking!” The world of spanking movies should have one rule, a spanking is a consequence of bad behavior. I don’t need an explanation, in this realm it is perfectly acceptable for a man to spank a woman. Now from a fantasy aspect the players both know that spankings happen, but of course there is the surprise element of YOU are going to spank me?
Cameras, oh how I love cameras. I’m also old fashioned/prudish in the area, I don’t want to see a butt cam, I have no use for it. I know that many people do like this, but I’m one of the ones who doesn’t. Spanking to me still has a certain innocence to it and I’m not interested in seeing a pound of vag. The standard full on shot works fine, perhaps even one slightly from the butt end but not showing all the goodies. My absolute favorite angle though is displayed below. I love to see the faces of both players, while also seeing the delightful female form as the bottom sticks up. I’m not saying that I want to watch the entire film from this angle, but I would be happy if every film at least had a few minutes from this angle.
As for severity, again, I’m on the lower end of the scale. I want it to hurt, I want to see that the smacks are crisp, but beyond a good sound hand spanking I don’t ask for much more. A small wooden paddle works a treat, as does a hairbrush. Belts I am okay with, in fact most films that I make include the belt, why? Not because I like them so much, but because scenes with the belt sell.
Probably the final part is the interaction, I love banter but I don’t want the whole film to be banter. I’m also not overly joyed when things get fancy, I want to see a hand go up and then come back down. I loathe the upward spank strokes which I see mostly in British films, I don’t want to see a guys hand fishtailing like he is conducting an orchestra, and if I had my way, the girl would squirm for the spanking, kicking, yelping and gyrating.
That is all that I look for in a spanking film. When I see a film that incorporates as much of that as possible in one film then I am a happy man. Shadowlane pretty much has that covered for me which is why I have been a fan for decades now, I would perhaps like to see more of my favorite camera angle in their films, but overall what they produce reaches me far more than any other production that I have watched.
