A Slight Delay

My plan had been to release my eleventh spanking eBook today, but I am going to have to delay it by a day. With that said, if you already know my Amazon author page, then the book will be available later on tonight, but I won’t post about it until tomorrow. You will see the eBook appear in the sidebar by the end of the day.

The last story in the book was a real chore for me, and I struggled to finish it. This was confirmed when I sat down yesterday to edit and proofread the story. It needed a lot of work. That final story is 5 chapters long, and it has an epilogue. At the moment I have edited the first three chapters, but each chapter is taking about an hour to edit, so I still have a while to go yet.

Until tomorrow, here is a playful little spanking cartoon that I found. Many of you have probably seen it before because it isn’t one of my rare finds, but the cartoon kind of reminds me of my mood today, which is a happy one.

This book cover is from 1967, and do you know what is strange, you can actually buy a used copy of this book on Amazon!! That’s how I knew the date. In regard to my own writing, I took a couple of weeks off, but I just started part 2 of THE SPANKING NEIGHBOR yesterday. My goal is to finish it by August 1st, but that seems like it is a lofty goal. Let’s see how I get on with it.

The first chapter is really difficult to write, so what I have done is slap down any old nonsense for now, just so that I can get the book going. Chapters 2-9 are easy, so I will write them first and then go back to chapter 1 when I am finished.

Hey, I know I talk a lot about my book stuff, but it is what has renewed my interest in the spanking world, so while I might mention the books quite a bit, it also means that I am posting far more spanking pictures than I ever did. 🙂 Don’t forget that there is always a daily spanking picture on my backup site. At the bottom of this post there is a spanking comic strip, so if that is all you are here for today, then just scroll down to the bottom of the post. On Wednesday of this week I am able to run a promotion on one of my books. It isn’t a super big promotion, but apparently promotions do well. I am now qualified to reduce one book to 0.99c for the July 4th weekend. That is why I am rushing through to finish this quick little F/M story that I have written.

I know that it isn’t my normal style to write, and you can count on one hand the F/M stories that I have written in the last 25 years, but I wanted to get a longer one up (that’s what she said) to give my Kindle Unlimited page reads a boost. By releasing a new eBook, even though it will be a short one, I want it to run alongside the promotion I am running. Selling a book for 99 cents isn’t the reason you run the promotion; you run it in the hopes that people will buy your other books.

It isn’t something that my regular readers are likely to enjoy, but I know from past polls and from comments that have been left on this blog that there is an audience that would be interested in an F/M story. Likewise, by making the story its own book, it won’t clutter up any space in any of my M/F and F/F spanking storybooks. So there is a benefit for my regular readers. 😉

The F/M story is completely over the top, and it concerns two friends on the night before their 19th birthdays. They get a regular birthday spanking from their own moms, but they soon switch laps and end up getting a bare-bottom hairbrush spanking from their respective best friends’ moms. There are also next-door neighbor spankings to boot. If you like that genre, then you will probably enjoy the story, and for the rest of you, there will be a new M/F book coming before the end of July. That will be the follow-up to The Spanking Neighbor.

Now, why do I have a thousand reasons to smile? It’s pretty simple, really. I’ve earned more selling spanking eBooks in less than 5 months than I earned on YouTube in 5+ years.

How Old Is She?

One day I am going to have to do some deep searches to find a proper copy of this comic spanking. This one came from the newspaper archive site, but it was only a clipping that someone else had saved, it isn’t my own work. Unfortunately you can no longer view clippings on that site! This comic strip was called ‘Glamor Girls.’

I will be starting on my next book early next month, which is likely to be a follow-up to The Spanking Neighbor, though I am already weeks ahead of my schedule. The most recent book that I uploaded was originally planned for the end of July; that’s how far ahead of schedule I am.

There will also be a shorter story going up by the end of this month, but likely of little interest to my audience. It is an F/M story that I wrote a long time ago, and rather than try and cram it into a regular book, I will upload it as a single. It won’t be the world’s longest book, probably about 12,000 words, but I am sure someone will enjoy it.

The story that is written so far concerns two young men who share a birthday, and the day before their 19th birthday, they get their spankings. Only this time their moms swap places, and two new hairbrushes are put to work, and the birthday lads are each spanked by their best friend’s mom. I just need to flesh the story out a bit this weekend. I know that it won’t appeal to most, but I might as well put it up for those who do like that dynamic.

Nobody Is Ever Too Old

What type of question is this? Of course they should be spanked, and often as well. Surely you have heard the term ‘You’re not too old for a spanking,’ haven’t you? The image is from 1947, but the message remains the same.

I finally got around to changing the book cover for my 6th eBook, British Spanking. Based on how badly it tanked, the only guess that I could think of was that it was because of the book cover. Compared to my other books, this one does have an unusually high amount of British buyers, so perhaps the American audience simply isn’t interested in it. That could be another reason why it didn’t do well.

Windsor Wednesday Classic – 284

Is there a book update today? You can bet your sweet arse there is! 😉 Before I share that, though, her is the Wednesday spanking image if that is all you are here for. Click on the image itself for the full-sized version.

Now, onto my upcoming book. Yesterday I wrote an additional 2,500 words to bring the grand total to 19,200 words. I am definitely in the home stretch with only a single chapter left to write. When I say ‘a’ chapter, the length of that is yet to be determined. At a guess I am going to say that it will be around 3,500 words between today and tomorrow, and that would bring the book to approximately 23,000 words. As I have mentioned before, I want people to get some bang for their buck, so I try to write novellas somewhere in the region of around 22,000 to 28,000 words. It will be a little on the lower end, but my best-selling book, The Spanking Neighbor, is only 22,000 words.

Yesterday I also decided to make a dramatic change. Initially I had selected the title ‘Summer Camp Spankings,’ but after giving it some thought, I didn’t want anyone to get the wrong message being conveyed by the title of my book. So I changed it! The new title of the new book is going to be “Jane’s Summer Spankings.”

I’ve already created an early book cover, but I’ve got to be honest with you; I’m not entirely sold on it. I mean, it looks okay, but at the same time it looks rather amateurish. I should also add that I have now revised and fully edited the book up until this point. It will still need a quick read-through, and the final chapter will need editing once I am finished writing it, but the book, as it stands right now, is almost complete. I might even release it on Friday at this rate. So in a nutshell, I can devote quite a bit of time to creating a book cover if I feel that a new one is needed.

I Gave Up Youtube

After a five year slog I finally gave up on Youtube. If you are wondering why, it is pretty simple really. On Youtube I was originally putting out a new video every week, scaling back to every other week for the past year. For five years solid, and what was I getting from it? Roughly $20 a month, lol.

So I took to writing books instead with my free time. In the first 50 days of writing eBooks, I have made more money during that time than I would make in an entire year on Youtube. It is simple economics.

The next book is right around the corner. In the last three days I was able to put a lot of effort in and the book currently stands at 18,200 words. There are still two chapters to write, so we are likely looking at roughly 23,000 words by the time I am done, or maybe even 24,000 words. I’m hoping for it all to be finished by Tuesday.

The final chapter is going to be fun to write, though I will be honest I have enjoyed writing the entire book so far. Albeit slowly. In the final chapter of the book it will involve an initiation spanking for four young women, all on the bare bottom as well. The fun part is going to be adding in some quirky little details for the initiation ceremony.

Trying Out A Spanking Ebook

Before I get into the meat and bones of today’s post, here is a picture for you if you are only here for the images. Underneath I will tell you of my plans of trying out a spanking Ebook.

So what is this Ebook nonsense that I am banging on about?

A thought came to me to try and get myself back into writing spanking stories. Stories are by far the most popular feature on my website but I have lost my spark when it comes to them.

A lot of this comes down to a variety of reasons, the main one being that my interest in spanking isn’t what it once was. There are also factors like engagement. While the stories are heavily read, it is rare to get any feedback, and a lot of times when I do get feedback it is “Hurry up with the next one” lol.

So I just ordered a book that a friend of mine wrote (a vanilla book) and it got me to thinking, maybe publishing an Ebook would be the start that I need to get back to writing stories.

What I was thinking is this. I grabbed all three chapters of the Mother Spanks series and stuck them into a word document, and I was able to see that the grand total is 14,000 words already. On a Kindle Ebook that would be roughly 50 pages.

So my goal there would be to flesh the initial chapters out and make them about 20,000 words in total, and then write the ending of the story with a few more chapters. The end goal would be a book that contains roughly 35,000 words or 125 pages, give or take.

In layman terms it would basically mean writing parts 4, 5 and 6 at about 5,000 words each. Then I would stick it up on Amazon for free on Kindle Unlimited, and maybe charge $2.99 for the full download, just in case there was anyone who wanted to support me in my efforts.

The good part is, if this does indeed get me back into the writing spirit, it will mean good things for the blog. I’ll be posting more, the excitement will be back, and for you lot that will mean a ton more pictures and original thoughts 🙂

Happy New Year To You All

My resolution this year is to try and resume a regular schedule of posting. How long do you think it will be before I break that resolution? 🙂

It was quite a devastating ending to 2024 when I saw a condolence message online. As I have been out of spanking social media for so long now, I was completely unaware of what has been happening. I’m never one to read something and then take it at face value initially, I always want to confirm what I have read first.

So I searched around a bit and it appears to be true, my favorite spanking model is no longer with us. What a sad way to end the year, even though I assume that most of you had already heard the news a couple of months earlier. I’ve been a fan of Samantha’s videos for 20 years now and I have written about her many times on this blog. Such dreadfully sad news, she was so important to my own personal development in the spanking scene, even though I never met her personally. When I watched her videos I was always like “Yes, that is what spanking means to me”. May she rest peacefully.

Story Planning

A funny thing happened on the way to the farm, old Richard Windsor started to develop an idea for a story. Yes, as of yet I have not posted any new stories in 2024, and it’s time that I did something about that.

The story, funnily enough, is centered around a farm. In fact, one could say that the story has its roots in a famous 1939 film 😉 Now I’m not using the characters from the movie, rather I am using the movie as an inspiration to create something new. It will be about a young woman visiting a fantasy Christmas land, somewhere on the other side of the rainbow, haha.

The plot for the story is already in my head, and I have already started writing it. Right now I am still in the opening paragraphs where I am developing the characters. It’s completely different to what I would normally write, but there is still an element of fun attached to it.

In fact there was a movie that I acted in many years ago where the person I spanked happened to be wearing the very same outfit from the film. Underneath her dress she wore some full bottomed silky panties with ruffles along the top. They will also be making an appearance. I’m hopeful to have the story written within a week.

A part of my plan had also been to donate the finished product to a story site to use, but then I looked in my email from 15 years ago and saw that they had a number of issues with my writing style back then. Rather than suffer any further humiliation, I will probably just stick to posting the story on my own website.
