A Thousand Reasons To smile

Hey, I know I talk a lot about my book stuff, but it is what has renewed my interest in the spanking world, so while I might mention the books quite a bit, it also means that I am posting far more spanking pictures than I ever did. đŸ™‚ Don’t forget that there is always a daily spanking picture on my backup site. SPANKING PICTURES.

At the bottom of this post there is a spanking comic strip, so if that is all you are here for today, then just scroll down to the bottom of the post. On Wednesday of this week I am able to run a promotion on one of my books. It isn’t a super big promotion, but apparently promotions do well. I am now qualified to reduce one book to 0.99c for the July 4th weekend. That is why I am rushing through to finish this quick little F/M story that I have written.

I know that it isn’t my normal style to write, and you can count on one hand the F/M stories that I have written in the last 25 years, but I wanted to get a longer one up (that’s what she said) to give my Kindle Unlimited page reads a boost. By releasing a new eBook, even though it will be a short one, I want it to run alongside the promotion I am running. Selling a book for 99 cents isn’t the reason you run the promotion; you run it in the hopes that people will buy your other books.

It isn’t something that my regular readers are likely to enjoy, but I know from past polls and from comments that have been left on this blog that there is an audience that would be interested in an F/M story. Likewise, by making the story its own book, it won’t clutter up any space in any of my M/F and F/F spanking storybooks. So there is a benefit for my regular readers. đŸ˜‰

The F/M story is completely over the top, and it concerns two friends on the night before their 19th birthdays. They get a regular birthday spanking from their own moms, but they soon switch laps and end up getting a bare-bottom hairbrush spanking from their respective best friends’ moms. There are also next-door neighbor spankings to boot. If you like that genre, then you will probably enjoy the story, and for the rest of you, there will be a new M/F book coming before the end of July. That will be the follow-up to The Spanking Neighbor.

Now, why do I have a thousand reasons to smile? It’s pretty simple, really. I’ve earned more selling spanking eBooks in less than 5 months than I earned on YouTube in 5+ years.

Okay, so you want spankings, do you. Here is a comic strip page from the 1940s called Oaky Doaks. Make sure to head to the Chicago Spanking Review as they have a version of this strip along with hundreds of others.

Be sure to click on the main image as it is huge, and when you click on it you will get to see the full-sized version.

  1. Nice to meet you, my name is Ageru Kotobuki, a spanking enthusiast living in Japan.
Sorry this is not a comment on this article, but the photos on this page … wow!
    They are fantastic!

  2. Welcome to my website, Ageru Kotobuki. You will find nearly 19 years worth of pictures so there is a lot to see here. Thank you for stopping by to say hello, it is good to have you here. You will also discover some Japanese pictures on my website from the two trips that I have taken to Japan.

  3. I really loved this strip he did get to spank a whole village one time and there is something about a queen getting spanked that just screams justice to us common folk. There have been royal spankings in PHANTOM; MANDRAKE; PRINCE VALIANT; SUPERMAN; and maybe a few others I can’t remember. Thanks for sharing and enjoy your day. While I usually buy your books as soon as they come out I will not be buying your f/M spanking story.( not my cup of tea at all),but I do wish you well for it and you do get some sales out of it.

  4. Rich,

Thanks for sharing the cartoon, I never saw this before in real life print before seeing it in the Chicago review site, but would have loved to see it as a child and younger man. I learned of my interests at four (early bloomer).

AS for your books, I hope by this time next year that number is tenfold on that check. You deserve it for all your hard work and effort. Writing, giving of your internal self, is taxing and challenging and people need to realize what you are putting into your works.

Now, as to your f/M story, though not my cup of tea either, I am always open to new avenues, so, I will imbibe! To be honest, it is M/M spanking that actually scares me the most. I can’t imagine anything more embarrassing than being spanked soundly in front of my female date, or my wife by a bigger or stronger man, especially if given in true nursery style. How do you ever survive that humiliation. Being spanked by a woman or a girl, to me, would imply cooperation on my part and therefore would fall into a sexual thing, and not embarrassing at all. So, I’ll have to see how you handle it. Looking forward to the read.

Keep doing what you are doing, but temper your efforts. I have written myself into total burnout on several occasions leaving me hating writing for a long time. Slow down, get a good daily tempo, take breaks, write vanilla scenes for kicks, write snippets of future stories and store them away for when the well goes dry at times.

I wish you the best and thank you daily for your offerings at the other site!

  5. Jimc,

It’s ironic that in my new post today, I said that nobody needs to tell me that they aren’t interested in the new book, lol, sorry about that!! The above comic strip, from what I recall, is indeed one where there is more than just this particular spanking that takes place, there are others as well. Even though this is called Oaky Doaks, I believe, and I’m not certain on this, but I think that they are all the same characters from Prince Valiant?

  6. Jim,

You have no earthly idea just how many snippets of stories I have written down, lol. A thousand words here, five hundred words there, I have a whole host of future stories already started. In regard to burnout, though, I don’t see that happening this year. When I started I had set a target goal of a book a month, and with my early submissions, that would have meant that I would have had 13 books written by the end of the year. As it currently stands, I’m going to be two books ahead of the target goal, so the end of year target is now 15 books. If I need a break then that will come in January, but for now I am pretty goal-focused.

As for the F/M book, though, it was a lot tougher than I had expected. It isn’t like my normal style of writing where I begin with character development, this book gets to the action pretty quickly. And also unlike the M/F and F/F stories that I write, there is little to no playful interactions taking place, at least where the lads are concerned anyway. Everyone else is having fun, primarily at their expense, lol. The theme, primarily, is bare-bottom spankings, humility and embarrassment. Perhaps my favorite part of the book to write was where they were tricked into asking for a spanking. Some might call it ‘soft blackmail.’ đŸ˜‰ It is quite different to what I normally write and I am looking forward to seeing how it does.

To be honest it would be a highly unusual circumstance where I would write an M/M based story, and the main reason for that is that I have long considered that the people who like that have their own community. In the Sunset Creek story, there is a possibility in a follow-up story that the main guy might end up getting a whoopin’ with a belt from the dad of his girlfriend’s best friend. That is just one of many ideas that I have jotted down for a follow-up story. That’s in the future, though, because next month’s story is going to be “The Spanking Neighbor 2 – The Sequel.” I already have each chapter title written so I know the direction it will take, and I am hoping for 30,000 words or thereabouts this go around.
