I’m thinking that it is about time that I returned from my self imposed time out from the spanking world. My email box is chock full of unanswered emails, not that it is unusual for me to not respond to emails right away, but I have let like 100 build up 🙂 So I am going to go on a different topic today based on what I recently discovered whilst stat checking.

Now yesterday I fudged around with a bunch of ideas, one to ease the amount of time that I spend updating stuff, and two to try and think of a way to improve the amount of visitors that the Spanking Universe gets. Fortunately I think I have come up with some decent ideas to achieve this. The first thing you will notice just over to the right there ———————> is that I have implemented a rolling set of spanking galleries. If you were to refresh this page you will see that they change every time you do so, so pretty much every time someone visits this website they will see a new set of spanking galleries. That is one problem solved because the first site to go will be the Spanking Galleries website. The spanking films site is also going to go, but what is actually going to happen is that I am going to redirect it to the spanking universe.

So how is it going to work? Basically, from the way I am reading the program, the Spanking Universe updates based on the amount of visitors the site gets, and as it stands right now it isn’t very good. On average only about 550 people visit the Universe daily, which is far below what I had expected. What I am going to do though, and what I have started to do, is that I am going to build a series of pages on the Universe itself so that I can drive extra traffic there through my own links. As an example, both my galleries site and my films site can both be hosted on the Universe, they are pretty simple and all I will be doing is driving the extra traffic to the Universe itself. On my end I can get rid of two sites and put a lesser version of them up onto one site, much easier to manage. So instead of six sites to manage I am just going to have four, well, I do have another one in the making, but that is more or less going to be a big porn hub where hopefully I can start to eliminate the advertising off of this site and move it onto that one.

So what was the title of this post all about? I shall tell you dear people 🙂 Just yesterday I was going over this site’s stats, something that I do from time to time, and I noticed something a little odd. Now my blog numbers have stayed pretty much the same, on average I get anywhere between 900-1200 visitors a day. It is marginally down from where it once was, but overall when you look at the amount of spanking blogs out there today then I am actually very happy with the numbers I get.

The thing that I noticed was odd was that my search engine visitors had shot up quite dramatically, as much as 100% from one month to the next. So I’m thinking what could be the keyword that was causing this and lo and behold, I found them. Want to see what they look like? Now I am hoping that this site allows these characters, I will only know when I post it. Okay, it doesn’t allow Chinese characters but here is a snapshot of my search engine keywords over the last month.

Okay, I just checked and it doesn’t allow Chinese writing in word press, however, the site in question is the Chinese search engine, baidu.com. What I did was copy all of the search engine terms and enter them into Baidu and true enough, this site comes up prominently on Baidu’ssearch engine, most of which are the very first link. Now don’t ask me how I managed to get around the Chinese censors, but this site and oldspankingpics does indeed get around it. Old Spanking Pics doesn’t have any keyword hits, so I am guessing that my Chinese visitors get there directly from this site. It has to be that because my spanking pics site has very few Chinese visitors so that site must be blocked in China. As it stands right now however, China is now number 4 on my list of visiting countries behind only the USA, Great Britain and Germany. This time a year ago it was hardly a blip on the radar for the number of visitors that came from China.

I’m not sure how it was achieved, perhaps it is because I have the translator listed at the very top of this blog, but when you look at the amount of time each Chinese visitor spends on this site, clearly they use something to allow them to view the site. So I would like to extend a welcome to the 1,729 visitors that I had from China over the last month, and hopefully they will realize as we all did at one point in our lives, you are not alone my friends!! Of course I wonder if any of those visitors are young ladies looking for a good spanking 😉 It looks like old Richard Windsor will have to plan a trip to Asia one day to find out. Can you imagine if I found an Asian spanko? I would be in heaven!! Yes, I have spanked two girls of Chinese heritage, but they were both pretty much American so I’m not sure whether to consider them Asian or American. Either way, I am very happy to have cracked the Chinese market and to know that somewhere many thousands of miles away, that I may be bringing some enjoyment and perhaps some hope to some people who may not have thought spanking was possible before.
