The rumblings had started on Wednesday night,  and they were not good rumblings. Yes,  just prior to the party the pup started to get sick. For once I decided to leave for a party fairly early and I was delighted when my dear and long term friend,  Aurora,  had emailed me offering to pick me up at the airport. From the airport to the hotel it was a very short ride and once we got there and checked in,  Aurora and I went our separate ways to find our own rooms and freshen up. I made it as far as the registration room and popped my head in to say hi,  which,  in hindsight, probably wasn’t the wisest choice.

When you go to spanking parties there are some folks who you see at most all parties,  then there are others who you only get to see one time a year,  this happened to be one of those times where most of the people in the room I only see once a year. A quick hi turned into a cigarette,  then a couple of beers courtesy of Mike Stein,  and then I sat with Andrea and helped her with registration. A quick hi turned into three hours of fun before I went to my room to crash for a bit. Unfortunately that is when my stomach was in knots,  which is just about the pits at a party.

My hope was that things were going to clear so I planned to do what I normally do on the first night, have a few beers,  socialize,  and just get to hang out with my friends. A lot of the activity happened around the bar area (hey,  go figure) where people came and went. As had happened,  Mike Stein and I found each other,  parked our butts,  and settled in for the night just hanging out and sharing beers. For the best part of the evening we were graced with the company of the gorgeous Cee Cee. In fact when I arrived at the bar it was with Cee Cee and the pair of us took a spot at the bar to catch up,  over time Aurora,  Heather,  Ty and others joined us. It was a great start to the weekend.

There isn’t much to report on Thursday night for me, there was no play (at least that I can remember anyway) partially because of my stomach and partially from the fact that I just like to drink on the first night and catch up with old friends. That said however,  one thing happened that night which was the highlight of my weekend. It is real close because the same thing happened on Sunday,  but on Thursday it was spontaneous so I think it has the edge.

I was sat on the couch and Heather was next to me,  at some point I decided I was going to go for a smoke, just about the same time that Heather put her head down on my chest. Well mama didn’t raise no fool. I just simply put both arms around her,  clasped my hands together and held her,  and there we stayed,  and stayed,  and stayed. Yes,  my favorite moment at a spanking party had nothing to do with spanking,  my favorite moment was a bonding moment. Heather and I haven’t done anything close to that before,  in fact we have only played together twice before,  it was on the spur of the moment and it totally rocked. It was the highlight of my weekend for sure.

Friday morning,  ahh,  Friday morning,  it sucked!! Eating was something that I couldn’t do on Thursday,  and the thought of it on Friday was less than appealing. The morning was rough and I stayed in my room for the most part,  probably emerging at around 2pm to find a bite. Even though I was at a party,  I spent Friday afternoon in bed. A lot of my friends were arriving on Friday so I wanted to be ready for Friday night at the vendor’s fair. The party games were going on so the tops,  me included,  were dishing out little mini spankings. They are great ice breaker games,  allowing people to connect,  get a 6 swat spanking without any pressure and the opportunity to form friendships.

Friday night I was feeling a bit better so I wanted to get some play in. The first spanking of the weekend was given to Munchkin,  just the type of spanking I like to give as well. Just a good girl type spanking,  very soft,  played to laughs and of course my attempts to make her laugh by acting all toppy. It worked a treat to get things going for me and when it was over we hugged and Munchkin said “Thank you, Daddy”. It is a little inside joke,  but those are the types of comments that make a spanking a memorable one.

There was a core of us in one of the party rooms and I don’t mean to disrespect anyone who was present so I won’t start shouting names out. There was a large group of us who have been friends for years though and it was wonderful to sit in one area with them all. The main features were Heather’s 45 minute spanking from PPD,  that pretty much was the center of the night. PPD even got a blood blister so I played my role of asshole to a tee and fetched him a leather paddle. Perhaps the funniest part was just as Heather was about to get up,  in walks Ty,  grabs her mid-rise and puts her back over his and PPD’s laps and the pair of them gave her a double spanking. Heather was wearing pink panties during the spanking,  a color that was distinctly lighter than that of her bottom by the time that PPD was done with her.

PPD wasn’t done yet either and neither was I.

I made my move to finally get to play with Beth Eisley once more after several missed opportunities. During that event I was walking with a group to lunch,  and in front of us were two teenagers walking through the hotel in bikinis. Being a conscientious type guy,  I asked the group if we could stop and let the girls walk ahead for their comfort level,  and quite frankly I didn’t want to be seen as a lecherous old man,  lol. Beth was close by and as I told the story she belted out “PERVERT”. With nothing else to go on,  in my eyes that is reason enough for a spanking at a spanking party. So Beth was gracious enough to agree to play and just like the last time that we played,  it was hysterical.

I had to join in of course and I started to spank Beth in rhythm as I also sang the song. The whole spanking was fun from start to finish,  to me it isn’t all about discipline and control,  to me there isn’t much better that spanking,  laughing and having a good time. Beth is so much fun to play with as well,  she plays the game the right way. When we spoke at one point I lamented about the missed opportunities and her response had been “That’s because you chickened out”,  that allowed me the chance to step up to the plate and right what was wrong. Perhaps game is the wrong choice of word,  but tops and bottoms have their roles and if both are playing them correctly,  little can go wrong.

As I mentioned above,  it is the little things that make scenes for me. Aside from the vision of Beth’s face as she laughed herself away as I spanked her,  once the spanking was done I got one of those thrills. After we hugged I watched Beth walk away a little and between two people I saw her lift her dress to look at the color of her spanked bottom,  and that to me was awesome. I even told her there was a mirror close by which she did in fact look in,  but that wasn’t as cool as catching her lifting her dress to check on her own bottom.

Before I finish the first party report,  I did mention to Beth that I was going to bring her up on charges at the CP court for calling me a pervert,  which really was nothing more than an idle conversation piece,  but her answer was that no one had ever brought her up on charges before. So what had been a throw away comment actually became a reality,  see you in court on Sunday,  young lady.

Is there more to come? Oh you bet there is. Saturday’s events will be covered in full,  though the sickness was sapping my strength I still had a whale of a time,  even if I only played once. The friends,  the fun,  the new people,  the 50 or so quick 10-20 swat on the spot spankings,  the hugs. Then we will include Sunday which to me is as good as anything,  spanking games,  bonding moments and a quiet relaxed evening with friends.

One thing that I am going to incorporate for future parties this I learned this weekend. When it comes to extended hug time I will buy some disposable mini headphones. That way we can stay a part of the group,  have one earpiece apiece and listen to Enigma,  so that we can stay in the zone. There are a few really close friends who I do this with and I have a feeling that it will work really well. We all need to zone out from time to time at spanking parties while still being a part of it,  everyone has that space where they just want to sit there,  however they are doing it,  to be left alone,  to be in the zone absorbing what it going on. I wish there was a magic pill or a sign that we could use “In the zone, please tread carefully”
