Tide Me Over

Something quick and simple today to tide me over until tomorrow. I’ve been learning the AI code, and I have created some real gems in the last day or two. All as good as the 1950s image that I shared on Sunday.

The code is the hardest thing, but I am getting there. Coincidentally, I received a message on DeviantArt yesterday telling me that someone has already taken my 1950s rendering that I made, and was now posting it on Tumblr.

Not even 48 hours have passed before someone is reaping the benefits of the fruits of my labor. I put the work in, and they claim the virtual pats on the back. Hmm, seems like an old story, doesn’t it?

I had already mentioned in a previous post, though, that I was going to share some of the DeviantArt images here. Mainly for that very reason. If someone is going to take my creations, and get the ‘stolen credit’ for them, then I just as well be the person posting them on my blog to start with. The 1950s creation that I posted on this blog on Sunday is only just shy of 10K views on DeviantArt, so it was a very successful creation that I made.

The image below is from the 1948 play, All American Family. I can’t just post AI creations, there are still blogs out there as well that need to do their monthly raid of my latest finds, lol.

My Best One Yet?

For the first time I am going to cross-post the same image on my blog, and I will also post the image, albeit a slightly different version, over on DEVIANTART as well.

Yesterday I spent over an hour creating this image, and it is a banger. Get your chops around this 1950s spanking scene that I created! I might even use this image as an eBook cover in the near future. Click on the image itself, it is huge.

On DeviantArt I have posted the same picture, but the tone is darker. I can’t really decide which one I like the best, so I posted both versions. The lighter one here, and the darker toned one over there.

How did this come about?

There was the old newspaper clipping that I had that I worked to restore. It was so bad that you couldn’t even see her lower half, and the guy had no right arm. So I set about restoring it by directing Gemini to create what I was looking for. It wasn’t easy, but we ended up with this gem.

Want to know what else I asked Gemini? I asked the program why it found these images acceptable to recreate where other AI programs would reject it. The answer was fairly simple, and it was exactly how I described it in the last blog post.

Gemini told me that I had provided the historical context for the article, and I provided the mainstream publication that the images were found in. In Gemini’s mind, it was simply recreating a mainstream image to present in the modern day and age. Plus, I didn’t use the word ‘spanking’ once. It was generating the article as a whole. Gemini then added words like pinup, cheesecake, saucy, cheeky etc. to describe what it found acceptable to recreate.

Initially the woman was holding a small dog, which was easy to have erased, but the guy’s spanking hand was a clenched fist. You won’t believe how long it took me to open up that palm, lol. There was also the problem of trying to describe her lower half without ‘giving the game away.’ It took ages, but once I said that the black mass below the guys shirt was her lower half, and that her legs were stretched out, fading out of the image on the left-hand side, it grasped what I was looking for.

So what do you reckon? Not bad, huh?

The reason I am cross-posting this is pretty simple. DeviantArt provides thousands more views, and likewise, I get more feedback and interaction over there.

Over Two Thousand Posts

If you asked me why I checked, I would have no answer for you. Yesterday I decided to check how many posts I have made on this blog since it began, and the answer was 2,100 plus posts. That number seemed like a staggering amount, and doesn’t even count all of the pages that I have built on the website as well.

The number would be higher because I have also delete many posts over the years. That could be because of broken links/videos that no longer exist, or it could be people requesting years after the fact that they wanted themselves removed from the blog, as they have moved on. It would never be needed to ask me twice for that, I will always honor those requests.

On only one occasion did I personally remove dozens of posts because I no longer wanted someone on my blog. That was part of a big sweep, though, because I removed every trace from my hard drive as well.

So in reality the number is probably closer to 2,300 posts, but as it stands we will stick with 2,100. I don’t know why, but I find that number to be crazy. This blog isn’t like the backup blog that I created where I post a spanking picture every day, DAILY SPANKING PICS, because on that site all I am doing to posting a picture, and most times the spanking pics over there are posted weeks in advance.

On this blog, for the most part, you have to listen to me waffle, and drone on every post.

Which brings us to today. It should be of no surprise to you that my latest project has reinvigorated my creative mind. Each day I am thinking of new ways to get creative by rendering some of these old spanking photos, and turning them into something new. As I have mentioned before, I know it isn’t for everyone, but you will have to indulge me for a bit. There are over two thousand other posts for you to go through if you don’t like the cartoons.

The added bonus is that I am getting more engagement from this project. Over on the website where I am posting these images, RICHARD WINDSOR’S DEVIANTART PROFILE, each rendering is getting feedback. And for the most part, all of these spanking cartoons are exclusive to DeviantArt.

Not today, however, because today I have an exclusive for you guys. I was able to take an old newspaper cartoon, and add a number of lines to fill in the dead space, and I was able to generate an awesome cartoon version of the original. Then, I tricked Gemini into colorizing the image for me into my own specifications. Click on the image itself for a much larger version.

How did I trick Gemini? I told the program that I was writing a blog post on Flappers, and how the media perception, and the perception of the general public was vastly different from one another. It even engaged in a little conversation about spanking afterwards, and how ‘Flappers’ were seen as ‘Naughty girls who needed a spanking.’ I couldn’t have said it better myself. We even joked about how I had never noticed a young Larry Grayson (tan suit) in the original image, but now his likeness stood out.

I don’t know why, but I think that this is one of my better ones to date. Okay, we still have the same problem that Gemini wants to give the main man a pair of ballet slippers again, but it is 2026, live and let live.

For comparison, here is the original that I had to work with. Actually, now that I look at it a second time, he is wearing ballet slippers, lol.

I tried really hard to have AI recreate the characters in human form, but that is really difficult because the body proportions in a cartoon are vastly different to real life. I had tried it on a different cartoon, and that returned a distorted image where the woman was given a dog’s head, and one of her feet became a hoof. I’m going to keep working on it, though.

The color cartoon is exclusive for this blog, but I do have a black and white version for DeviantArt later down the line. I’m approaching about a hundred different art renderings so far, so I will probably have enough to last the year on DeviantArt.

The purists amongst you are going to hate me!!

For the last week I have been going through my vintage collection of vanilla photographs, and I have been contacting museums, and historical societies, and the like. In the last few days I have been fortunate enough to hear back from three museums who want to accept my donations. Finally, I can share my old photos with people who will appreciate them for decades to come.

Because my ventures this past week have been vanilla ones, I haven’t spent much time generating different kinds of spanking material. However, I did get to do some yesterday, and one of them I have wanted to do for a while.

Before I share those creations today, don’t forget my DEVIANTART profile. Today I added an awesome creation based on an old time movie studio image. Check it out, it is really good.

So what was it that I wanted to create yesterday? Drumroll please… I present to you a colorized version of the famous Tab Hunter spanking Natalie Wood birthday spanking image. As you will no doubt see, I changed things up a little bit.

Let me know your honest opinions, and don’t worry, I can handle it if you don’t like it.

The above colorization was made using Google Gemini. Other than just a dab of white on her shoes, it followed my command to the tee. You might notice my initials in the middle of the pic. I had forgotten to remove them when I uploaded the image. My initials are there because I purchased this very image, so I own this copy of it. The black and white version that is.

As I’m writing this, I only just noticed Gemini’s mark in the bottom right corner.

Another image that I was working on, and I basically used the image below to test the program before I generated the Natalie Wood pic, was this following colorization. Perfect if you like a peek of a slip at the bottom of the dress.

Here is the thing with Gemini, though. If you engage it with a guided conversation about how the program is so good at generating different styles of image, it will start to suggest some.

Once I had engaged the program, it asked me if I wanted it to create a 1940s-style noir comic book from the above image. I replied, however, that I would prefer a 1940s-style pulp fiction book cover.

This is what it spanked out for me!!

This title of this post is a pun that Warmhand left in October of 2024 in relation to the following image that I posted. It seems rather apt. Read on below the image.

Where have I been for the last few days? To be honest with you I have been working on a vanilla project, though I have still been posting on DEVIANTART every day with new art renderings.

You may remember that years ago I used to buy, sell, and trade vintage photographs. After I stopped doing it, I was left with thousands of pictures. Enter Google Gemini.

Here is the glorious thing about Gemini, you can enter an old picture, and it will tell you what exactly is in the picture. Sometimes it needs a little guiding. For example, during my research yesterday it had identified a warship for me, despite the photo being slightly blurry. Now the program wasn’t a hundred percent certain, but I then pointed to unreadable writing on the side of the ship, and asked “Does that match the name of the ship you are suggesting?”

That confirmed it. By pointing out the lettering it was able to confirm that the name of the ship it suggested was indeed correct.

Which warship had it identified that I have pictures of in my collection? None other than the USS Nevada, one of the ships in port at Pearl Harbor on that fateful day. My pictures of the ship have an unnamed date, but due to renovations made to the ship, Gemini was able to pinpoint that my pictures would have been taken sometime between 1916-1927.

Once I found that out I emailed the Naval history and heritage command (NHHC,) and I offered them my pictures as a donation.

This is something that I have been doing all week. Google Gemini has been helping me identify photos, mostly Maritime photos for now, and I have been contacting museums and historical societies offering them donations from my private collection.

Back to Google Gemini. On one of the days that I was using it I was testing its capabilities. I had a picture of myself on top of the World Trade Center from the late 1980s, and I asked Gemini if it could change my red shirt, and make it blue instead. Lo and behold it did exactly that without so much as a blemish. This blew my mind, and I said to the program that Gemini was the shiny new toy that I always wanted for Christmas.

Gemini’s response…

I’m not going to lie, that cracked me up, and it had me audibly laughing. Being that I haven’t received a single Christmas present for the last 8 years, I will take it!! I got myself my own shiny new toy, haha.

Anyway, how does this all relate to spanking you may ask?

With the original picture that I shared in this post, I asked Google Gemini to detail the picture of the two women frolicking. In particular I wanted to know what one of the women was sitting on. Yes, I shared a spanking picture, and Gemini analyzed it for me. Here is its full response.

Identifying the Item:

The women are sitting on a wooden well house (or well cover). These structures were common on farms before electric pumps became standard.

The Box: The large wooden crate serves as a safety cover for the well shaft. It protects the water source from debris and prevents people or animals from falling in.

The Pulley System: You can see a vertical wooden post (the “headpiece”) supporting a metal pulley and a chain or rope. This was used to lower a bucket into the ground to retrieve water.

The Platform: They are sitting on a wooden “well deck” or platform, which provided a dry, stable surface for the person drawing water.

Dating the Photograph:

The photograph likely dates to the early to mid-1920s (c. 1922–1926). Several fashion details point to this specific window:

The “Brain Binder” Headbands: Both women are wearing thin, dark headbands horizontally across their foreheads. This specific style was a massive fad for young women in the early 1920s, often called “headache bands” or “brain binders.”

Practical Workwear: The woman in the back is wearing denim overalls over a blouse. While overalls were traditionally male workwear, it became increasingly common (and trendy) for young “modern” women in rural or outdoor settings to adopt them for chores or play during the 20s.

The Bobbed Hair: Their hair appears to be “bobbed” or short, which was the quintessential rebellious hairstyle of the flapper era. —

Information overload? Who cares, I’ve got a shiny new toy to play with! Gemini then asked me a question that I did not expect.

“Would you like me to create a holiday brochure from the ‘well’ photo that you shared?”

Now I’m no fool. “Why not?” I replied. And this, dear friends, is what today’s post is all about. A spanking holiday brochure that Google Gemini created for me without prompting. Click on the image itself, it is huge!!

So there you have it. All that waffle to share a basic spanking pic. Give Google Gemini a try, you will get hours of fun out of it. Ask it to analyze your pictures, maybe have it change your outfit. It is the shiniest of shiny new toys.

Right, I have a Tupperware box full of men in military uniform. That is going to be today’s project. Maybe I can reunite some families with pictures of their loved ones that they may not have seen before. Toodles.

P.S. You will also notice that Gemini improved the quality of the original pic as well.

The Deviance of Art!

As you all know by now, I have been posting my artistic renditions of spanking photos over on DEVIANT ART. In fact, I have posted something new there every single day for the last month.

This is where I run into a dilemma, though. Over on DeviantArt, each of my renderings are getting thousands of views, and each picture is also getting commented on. Basically the parameters are there that give me plenty of positive encouragement, which, in turn, gives me the desire to want to create even more. I already have 60 new pieces stored for the next two months.

This has been my favorite piece so far, though I forget which movie it is from. When I say favorite piece, it is my personal favorite. it is not my most viewed by any means. The views on this one are pretty Joe Average, but I just love the look on her face.

What is the dilemma, though?

It’s quite simple really. I’m already aware that other Blogger’s, Tumbler’s, X’ers, you name it, they often raid DeviantArt to post the spanking art on their blogs, etc. Obviously I don’t give too much of a fudge about that, BUT, if anyone is going to be putting my artistic renderings onto a blog, then I should be putting my own creations on my own blog.

I’m not sure how to do it yet. What I am likely to do is post the occasional batch as a normal post on this blog, but what I might do is either a weekly post showing all art pieces from that week (likeliest avenue,) or I could build a separate page for them.

The latter option would be a bit cumbersome because the page would become massive, so I think a weekly roundup either here, or over on my backup blog is the way to go.

It’s a cold hard fact, if I am getting the views and feedback over on DeviantArt, I’m going to want to keep doing it. The interaction is quite pleasing.

When Reality Sets In

She soon realized that birthday spankings weren’t all fun and games. Have a look around the room guys, there is so much Bric-a-brac to spot. From the mid-60s design of the fridge, to the Mille Bornes card game on the table, and even what appears to be Oro Pup dog food behind the chair with perhaps a case of Pepsi next to it.

*Edit – Gemini just told me that it is Gro-pup dog food, not Oro-pup.

I love studying these old pics.

A Shiny New Toy

You will have all noticed recently that I have a shiny new toy to play with. Namely in the form of the spanking artwork I am creating and posting to my DEVIANTART account. Today I will be making another post about this, but this time it is about turning thumbnail-sized images that I would never post into, at least, something worth looking at.

Before I begin, though, I want to direct you to the new story over on Spanklit. This time it is an F/F and F/M story, but it hits on two tropes that are personally appealing to me. Firstly the setting of the Summer Camp. For those of you who know my personal history from my blog, I spent 5 summers working at American Summer Camps, and from June 1988 until September 1990, I lived and worked at the camp year round. Secondly, the initial premise of the story is a birthday spanking. A spanking trope that often appears in my own stories as the bridge towards a more elaborate spanking scene, as it does on the new story on Spanklit as well. Thankfully, no Ms. Glouwer ran the camps that I worked at, otherwise she would have been mighty busy in the spanking department.

Now here is today’s offering, and background for an image that I turned into an art piece.

Initially this image was a thumbnail, and I was able to, in the past, increase the size of the image by about 400%. The image never had quality to begin with, so I had to manipulate lighting and hues to present something worth looking at. The original image below is still poor by my normal standards, but at least you could make out the spanking action.

It was time to go to work. First of all, I used an AI image enhancer to improve the quality, however, the picture is so poor that the only noticeable change was in the face of the lady being spanked, and the rendering was awful. On my second attempt I lowered the enhancement factor on the generator. Basically I wanted the image improved, but only a minor improvement that didn’t distort the image. Thankfully that worked.

For the final edit I then converted the image that you see above into a sketch. As that was the most likely format for success, voila, we got something half decent out of it. What do you guys think?

Restoring A Classic

To start with, I understand that the purists amongst us might not like the advent of AI enhanced pics. So know ahead of time that I am not one of those people. The fact that we can restore these pics, and not only that, but we can also restore vanilla pics as well. I’m all over it! You might not know this, but I have a picture of my Nan (who died in 1979) that I was able to make into a 5 second video. All it is, is her turning her head and smiling, it was a delight to give that picture some extra meaning.

I’m 62 years old right now, fast approaching 63, and I am really glad that I am able to use some skills to play around with improving spanking pics. Today I am going to show you, perhaps for the third time already, what can be achieved by AI.

As I already noted above, some of you might not like it, and that’s okay. You will always get the original work from me so that you have both copies. The only thing that I won’t use AI for is writing stories. Those simply has to come from my own mind.

Where do we begin today?

First off, let me share the link to Shadowlane as it is one of their pictures that I am using. While I’m pretty sure that the photo was only used for publication, and not for video, let me at least share the link to the SPANKING DOUBLE FEATURE video that both of these actors performed in.

As an aside, I once owned the above video on VHS, and I loved the chemistry between Ralph and Bobby. Despite how long ago it was, I remember something quite clearly from the video. Ralph was using a little whippy piece of rubber or something, in an OTK position, and at one point Bobby reached back. The thing that Ralph was using to spank her with caught her hand, and if you ever want to see a genuine reaction in a spanking video, you got one right there as she tried to blow the sting out, lol. If I’m not mistaken, Ralph even comments about her putting her hand back, just to rub it in.

Today’s picture was featured in one of the old Stand Corrected spanking magazines. The image that has circulated online for over 30 years now was taken from the magazine. In other words, the quality of the image is not as good as images taken in the modern day. Here is the image in question.

When I looked at the image I thought that it would be a prime choice to run through a restoration program, which could perhaps shed the image in a new light. This is what I was able to come up with. If you look closely you will see that the pattern on the rug has changed.

That isn’t the only thing that you can do, of course. There is also the ability to turn images into spanking cartoons. The above image was a simple one-click cartoon rendering, but I quite like the result. What do you guys think?

Hopefully Ralph Marvell and Bobbie Tawse get to see these enhanced renderings. Maybe they would enjoy seeing the 2026 versions themselves.

While I am on the topic, do remember that I have a DEVIANT ART ACCOUNT where I am sharing daily artistic renderings of vintage spanking pictures. As I mentioned earlier, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I am loving doing them. The vast majority of the artistic spanking pics that I am uploading can only be seen on Deviant Art. It is more of a fun project for me that some of you might like.

This is the image that I reconstructed last night.

This artistic rendering was posted on my Deviant Art account today. For this particular image I spent quite a bit of time on it. First of all I generated it in the style that I normally use, but then I changed things up.

To start with, I made the artistic rendering into a pencil sketch, and then I turned the pencil sketch into a painting. This was the end result. Not bad, huh? Unless you hate this type of thing. 😉
