My eBook has been submitted, and now the wait is on to see whether it gets approved or not. I’m thinking that I might get flagged on the cover, though I have seen way worse on Amazon. My book also doesn’t have an 18+ rating, so I might be forced to change that as well. But I should know in the next day or two if I have been approved, and then from there is take a few days for the book to show up everywhere.

It will probably be available for sale straight away ($2.99), but it might take a couple of days to get added to Kindle Unlimited. I’m actually making this post on Thursday night, so by Friday, who knows, maybe I will wake up to some good news. Below is the book cover that I created as a thumbnail. Obviously this is book week for me so you will have to give me some grace, I’m excited to have a book out and I worked my nuts off to put it together.

There was one teething problem that I had. In order to get a, eBook on Kindle you have to have it formatted correctly. So I did mine, then uploaded it, and I got a message saying that there is no ‘Table of contents’. Well it was there, but for some reason Kindle didn’t pick it up. I submitted my manuscript 7 times and the fucker still wouldn’t work.

It took me hours, but I finally worked out a workaround, using MS Word of all things. At least for my future books I know what I need to do now.
