Over the years I collect pictures and throw them in various folders. One folder that gets untouched pretty much is my miscellaneous folder, so today I dug in there for some spanking cartoons. No real theme to these spanking cartoons, just a random mix for your enjoyment.
These are all good, and I’ve seen them all before except that last one. That one’s quite a find, Rich! I suspect it was taken from a 1949 Canadian comic book which may have reprinted an American one with a different title. It will be hard to track it down, but I’m going to try.
