I wonder how many of my readers also belong to Fetlife? For those of you who are unaware, Fetlife has a huge spanking following and the community tends to gather around certain groups, though it also allows participants the ability to explore other fetish avenues should they so choose.

So why am I mentioning it here? Well, I want to give everyone the opportunity to peruse the group that I started on Fetlife which I called THE SPANKING WORLD – GOOD VERSUS BAD

At this time the group has an awesome following of 460 members, but most importantly we have discussions that are thought provoking and they draw dozens, sometimes hundreds of responses. Every day when I log on in the morning, it is my first port of call to see what people are talking about.

Now I’m not here begging for members to join up, our group doesn’t need that, it pretty much sells itself. What I do want though is for people to check it out and read some of the discussions that we have. The group doesn’t opt for namby pamby discussions, we offer challenging topics designed to be thought provoking. Just recently the group was criticized for being too negative, that our topics dwell on too many negative issues, so this week I put that out there to the members of the group to see whether they felt the group was too negative and perhaps a detriment to newbies in the spanking scene.

As of this writing, to date there have been 60 responses and not a single one has said it was negative, quite to the contrary actually, the feedback that the question received, in many cases, it was stated that it was the BEST group about spanking on Fetlife. There isn’t anything sugar coated, in fact I, myself, have been in the minority on a number of topics. And at no point did I feel the need to demean another person’s view by regressing in age and chanting BLAH, BLAH, BLAH or YADA, YADA, YADA.

The numbers speak for themselves, and that is why I have no problem posting this here because we are going to get new members through word of mouth anyway. Currently there are 460 members and each topic garners HUGE responses, makes me even wonder why I asked the question in the first place when the answer was so obvious. ERICA SCOTT said it best when we talked about the group, and these were her words:

“I don’t trust overly cheerful people anyway. Take your sunshine and rainbows and blow them up someone else’s a#$.”

That is exactly how I feel as well. On one topic my views were seen as disgusting by a couple of members, but you know what, I put on my big boy pants and took the comments and respected where they had come from. Blowing smoke up someone’s ass has never been a big fetish of mine!

Have a look and decide for yourself though, there is never a right or wrong answer and everyone’s opinion is as valid as the next person’s. Occasionallly we have to deal with a person who feels that their opinion is holier than thou and is the only one that matters, but those are very few and far between.

Now in other news, I am so totally excited that the first two of my fantasy football drafts occur in just a week’s time. I know this has nothing to do with spanking but fantasy football is a major hobby of mine. Over the years I have won four championships in various leagues and I love the bragging rights. You know what is really funny, in the four competitions that I have won, on three of the four occasions that I was victorious I was STIFFED out of the grand prize!! Makes you wonder why I even play when I have only had a 25% success rate in receiving what I won. The bottom line though is that I love the game as a hobby. Now I should state that one of the three mentioned above did provide me with half of the prize, and it really wasn’t the league’s fault. The owner who had won the previous year took the championship trophy and never came back, therefore I didn’t get the trophy to brag with.

So for the second half of the year, as always, I will be juggling spanking and fantasy football.

Now over the last few weeks I have been working closely with a certain little minx and we have been devoting countless hours to a new website that will be launched by the end of the month. The downside to that is that my own blogs are suffering because of it. Fear not though because tonight I am devoting my time to my own sites and giving them all much needed updates. I’m also going to update the sites to automatically update over the next month, so the picture sites will all get frequent updates over the next few weeks. This particular site I will update as I go.
