I can’t even figure out what she’s holding – some sort of really long spatula with a flexible end.
She doesn’t have a very dommie look on her face so I’d say she’s about to receive. And from her stare I’d say she’s trying to destroy the spatula with the power of her mind 🙂

That’s not the look of someone who’s about to give a spanking.
