The New Look

It’s time for me to do a little bragging, mind you, it has been something that I have been working on for eighteen months so I think I am entitled to a little self glory. As you all know I got to a point in my life where I decided that I needed to change things around and change my lifestyle dramatically, I quit going out drinking, changed my entire diet and started to exercise frequently. Well yesterday all the hard work finally paid off and I tipped the scales at under 200lbs for the first time in probably 30 years or so. To date it is a grand total of 73 pounds that I have dropped (roughly 25% of my body weight) as I near the goal of 100lbs that I had set for myself. Add in the coincidence that I have spent a couple of weekend parties this year with a wonderful play partner and I don’t know if I could be happier right now, despite the grumpy look on my face. Hey, I had to ham it up for the camera 😉 So here is the new look at 199lbs and the scales as they appeared yesterday.

  1. Richard, let me be the first to post my congratulations. That’s no small accomplishment. I for one would be interested to hear more about your new diet and what the process was like from the inside — from your psychological POV.

  2. Congrats! Keep it up, you are almost there. Is someone going to be spanked to celebrate you reaching your goal?

  3. Congratulations, Richard, that is something to brag about. Keep up the great work, as I know how ard it is but I am sure you are feeling great, not only looking great. OMG when you reach your goal I hope only the naughtiest girls are around. I assume you will be awarding someone 100 spanks. 🙂 Again, great job!

  4. Oh without a doubt, someone will be getting 100 strokes of the belt. Let’s just hope I lose 27 more pounds before Vegas if you catch my drift.

  5. I get your drift and I hope it drifts all the way to Vegas, not that we ever met but knowing you are safely across the country with 100 stokes of the belt to spend make me feel safer. 😉

  6. Hi Richard:)

  7. You have done a terrific job Mr. Windsor!
Lots of hard work and stick-to-it-ness.
I am also battling the bulge and can only hope that I too shall be successful!

  8. That is wonderful news, congratulations and let’s hope those nice bottoms continue to find a place over your lap.

    Well done
