Another Year Older

The day has finally arrived, my 62nd birthday. To be honest with you, I’m beginning to think I am getting old, lol. You know what is funny? I remember when I was a kid, and if we knew someone was 62 years old, we would have thought that they had one foot in the grave.

When my brother passed away 7 years ago, that was the year that I removed my birthdate from all of my social media apps. This website is the only place that people will know my birthday, and the only reason for that is because I can tie it into birthday spankings. I’m not even sure why; I guess it probably has something to do with the fact that I would speak to my brother every year on this day, and that is no longer important.

If I start to ramble, just keep in mind that there are 8 birthday spanking pictures at the bottom of this post!

As you are aware, I was well ahead of schedule for publishing my latest book. The original goal had been to release it today, but once it was finished, I got impatient. Compared to my other books, this one hasn’t gotten off to the greatest start, but I have sold 4 copies and had a couple of hundred page reads, so it isn’t all doom and gloom. 😉

Whenever I write, it all has to do with how I am feeling. At the moment I have, I think, seven stories that I have started. A couple of them are a quarter of the way through already, but I have to be in the mood for them. One of the stories that is in my folder is a badly written story that I have posted on this blog. Jane’s Birthday Spanking. However, the grammar and punctuation in that story are positively awful. It was one of those stories that I just slapped down into a word document and then posted it without editing it.

The good news, however, is that this week I started to rework the premise of that story. The posted version on this site is 1,750 words long. Well, that is about to turn into a minimum 15,000-word novella. It is going to look nothing like the one in the link; however, the tone of the story will stay the same. Yesterday I wrote the first 1,200 words, and Jane is now a young English woman who is coming to America to work on a summer exchange program. The story will now be set in 1985, which, coincidentally, is the first year that yours truly came to America to work on a foreign exchange visa at a summer camp.

The other glaring difference is that the story I am now writing will also be edited properly. Realistically speaking, it isn’t even the same story. The one on my website is really just an idea that will be expanded tenfold. I’m hoping to make it as long as I can; however, the story can only be as long as the story dictates itself to be. Bare minimum, I have to make it 15,000 words, but I really want to try for about 18,000 words if I can. If all goes well, I might be able to spank this one out in a week!

For Kindle Unlimited it doesn’t really matter how long they are because people can read them for free with their subscription, but because I have to put a price tag on the eBook in order to get it on Kindle, I would be embarrassed to charge $2.99 if it wasn’t at least 15,000 words. I know there are other spanking authors that will put eBooks on Kindle with as few as 3,000 words, but I couldn’t do that.

As I have mentioned more times than I care to admit, Kiss Me Kate spanking pics really don’t do much for me. There are times, though, where I will stumble upon one and add it to the vast collection of them online.

While there are some real corkers out there, I’ve always seen it as like grabbing easy pickings, and I like to search for truly unique pics. What I liken it to is a wrestling term, cheap heat 🙂 You don’t need to look very far to find one.

That said, enjoy today’s offering. I like this one because her outfit is at least a little different.

Right now I am working on book number 6, and this one will be a collection of British spanking stories. All told I currently have about a dozen stories that I have started, ranging from 1,000 to 4,000 words, but they are on the back burner once more as I start the new project. The first story for the new book is well underway, and I hope to write 5 stories for this edition in total. The first two stories are set, I just need to delve into my memory bank for 3 additional stories.

The funny thing is, the first story that I am editing I first wrote about 25 years ago. It was in woeful shape for an actual spanking story, but I can at least recover the plotline for the story and build it into a new story. My hope is to finish that first story today.

Yesterday I went on a bit of a search to try and find some old vintage spanking pics and I managed to wade through a bunch of old magazines. On the plus side, I was able to find around 40 or so old pictures to add to either this blog, or over on my new spanking pictures blog.

There is a downside, though, and that was because most of the spanking pictures I found were absolute bunk, lol. Overall I probably found a few hundred, but the majority of those were full, open-spreadie, porn pics posing as spanking pics. Just the fact that I could rescue 40 or so I saw as a success.

This is an example of what I mean. Take the bottom image of the three on this attached page. If you were to present that pic, and that pic alone, it would pass as an absolute classic spanking image. But, for whatever reason, they covered a good segment of the picture by overlaying an image right on top of it. I was a little annoyed because the picture looked like a real gem.

Beggars can’t be choosers though, so we will have to accept what we were given.

The new book is coming along slowly, currently standing at a little over 5,000 words. I’m trying my hardest to write 1,500 words a day. If I can keep that pace up then it should be completed in about ten days time. If I’m lucky I might push closer to 2,000 words a day, which will bring the release forward by a few days.

My goal is still to release a book a month throughout the year, and if I can keep my writing pace up then maybe I can get a couple of extra books released. At the moment I have 4 spanking story books, and by the end of the year I have a goal of 14 books. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that I can make it 15, a much better sounding number 😉

30 Day Report

And so it begins. Today it is the first day of daily spanking uploads over on my new emergency backup blog, RICHARD WINDSOR BLOG.

Right now I have pre-posted through April the 15th already, and I hope to have April finished by tomorrow if I can. The first image today features two spanking nurses from the 1960s. Just click the highlighted text above to visit and bookmark the new site. Y’all already know that I have a plethora of spanking gems hidden away, so you are sure to find some great pictures there.

Speaking of which, before I continue with my prose, I had stuck this image in the folder for the new blog, but the more I looked at it then the more I thought that it would have a home on my main blog. So for those of you who like the pictures and not my waffling, here is today’s image. The writing continues below for those of you who like that as well.

Now, as I had mentioned a few times previously, here is the report for the first 30 days of selling books on Amazon. Keep in mind, this is only for four books, but it gives you an idea of what can be achieved. Obviously the first month or two the books will do fairly well, but will then taper off after that.

If I can get a new book up each month, though, then it should keep things ticking over nicely and, of course, a new book will bring new customers to check out my archive.

At the moment I am working on a couple of ‘Country Store Paddle’ spankings. The first of which involves a young woman arriving at a Christian sorority, who is sent by the sorority housemother to the local country store to buy her own paddle. She will then be paddled by the storekeeper (paddle testing) and then by the housemother.

The second idea I have is for two women to go on a 1,800 mile road trip. To break up the monotony, they adopt the roles of mother and daughter, which will include stopping at a country store to buy a paddle, and then road trip spankings. Be it on the side of the road, rest stop areas, or motels with thin walls, the options are endless. I will need a third story which I haven’t thought of yet, but I will come up with something I am sure.

So here are the numbers for those interested, just look at the highlighted area on the right hand side. Obviously there is a few weeks delay between the first book and the last book, which is reflected by the totals. So far it works out to $169 for 95 hours of work. Well below minimum wage, but I expect down the line the money on these four books will continue to grow, albeit at a slower pace.

Now I will kick myself for not having started this years ago, but there is no point crying over spilt milk. Moving forward I hope that this venture of a book a month helps to supplement my retirement. Assuming of course that the Billionaires don’t nuke our social security.

It’s funny really, just yesterday I saw that loathsome citizen tell everyone that Social Security is an entitlement, and I think it is the first time I have agreed with him. He is 100% correct, it IS an entitlement. This is something that I have paid into for decades, therefore I’m entitled to MY money, now that it is time to pay it back.

Did It Make Issue 4?

This was a rather unique spanking mag that I stumbled across. This one I had never heard of before, and I wonder how long it lasted. I have one picture from inside of the mag and it is one of those staged pics. Has anyone heard of this magazine before? Be sure to bookmark my BACKUP WEBSITE. Playfully Spanking

Just this week I found an old CD that contains hundreds of pictures that I collected from the defunct website, ‘Webshots.’ Virtually all of the images are playful spanking images, and many of them were taken in college dorm rooms. There’s hope for our future yet.

These images are from a minimum of 12 years ago, though some will be significantly older than that. I will take my time to wade through them and pick out the best of the bunch.

In this first image it certainly looks like she is feeling it.

I’ve almost finished writing my third book which will include 4 brand new spanking stories (5 stories in total). At the moment I am at 20,500 words and 4 of the stories are complete, as in not only are they written, but they have been fully edited as well. The final story, however, is a problem child.

That final story is the one that I wrote a draft for over 25 years ago now, and it needed a major overhaul. The story is a very unlikely tale, but that doesn’t mean that I can’t challenge myself. I finished the first chapter of the story and I was happy with how it turned out, but part 2 is proving to be the problem.

If the circumstance for the first spanking were a bit unrealistic, how can I suddenly switch to a bare-bottom, otk spanking, as if the first part of the story didn’t exist? I’m determined to finish it today though.

Now that won’t be the be all and end all, I still need to read through each story to make sure there are no continuity errors, or perhaps rewriting segments of the story, but it is close to being finished. Then I will have to format all 20k plus words into an eBook format.

My favorite story of the bunch, and the one that I am likely to open the book with, is called “Detective Susie on the Case”. It is the story of a young woman who hears the rumor that a guy in the neighborhood spanked one of the women from the neighborhood, and she becomes an amateur sleuth, determined to get to the bottom of the rumor, quite literally!!

Then we have the story of the headmistress, who reminisces to the student body counselor, about the times she spent over matron’s knee getting the slipper on the seat of her knickers. The counselor is intrigued. I also took a 2,500 word story from this website to fill the book out a bit.

The story I am struggling with is about a landlord who takes advantage of the predicament his two lodgers have found themselves in. They get stuck in a window frame with the heavy window having pinned them. After ensuring their safety he takes his wooden butter patter to their bottoms. The story is completely unbelievable, lol, especially as it takes place in the 1970s and the girls expect to be spanked in their new home. I’m struggling with the transition to part two though.

And finally, for the first time ever, I have written an F/M story. The only F/M segment I have written previously, was a part of an F/FM spanking, I’ve never written an actual F/M spanking with no ties attached. It is a simple story of a young man getting ready to move out of state to start a new job, but before he goes he visits a neighbor who had threatened him with a spanking in the past. It was a bit of a challenge, but I think the story turned out fine.

This is the book cover that I currently have saved, but I’m not sure just yet if I will be using it.

Kiss Me Kate From 2005

As I mentioned in my last post, I am in the process of writing a book based on my Mother Spanks series. Do you want to hear something funny though?

So far I have 15,000 words written out of a planned 35,000 words, and to get the ball rolling I entered the first 1,500 words into a grammar checking site. Take a guess as to how many words it returned after editing my grammar. One bloody thousand, lol.

Is my writing so bad that a grammar check will remove 33% of my waffling? So if you were to take that as an average for the rest of the story, the 15,000 words written would actually be 10,000 words after it is checked. The only difference to that is that the grammar check site will not be editing any of the spanking sections. Those are written by a spanko and no grammar check will be able to replace that.

Now I will say this, I looked at the finished edits to my original piece and I really liked what the grammar check did to it. My story will never be perfect, but it will look a darn site better than the 8th grade writings I normally churn out 🙂

I’m going to be doing quite a bit of writing today, so to keep your interest here is a Kiss Me Kate spanking pic that I found from 2005. Not Often Seen In Videos

Today I was sorting through some folders and I found this image that I found possibly a decade or so ago, and it got me to thinking, this is one spanking position that is rarely shown in spanking videos, though it no doubt has a place in many spankos minds. Being held by one wrist and whooped while standing 🙂

I know that there are some old Nu-West videos that featured this, but I haven’t seen it in a modern spanking film for the longest time.

Or did I?

For the longest time I haven’t even looked at the stats for this website, but in preparation for some promotion, I had a look to present the information to a third party.

You may have noticed that to enter my site now, my hosting company has installed a cover page to weed out robots. Spam comments at one point on this site were ridiculous, with the filter I had installed capturing 100s of them each week.

So I looked at the stats and in the last two weeks viewership on this website has plummeted. Earlier in the year the traffic I got from search engines accounted for roughly 60% of all traffic to the site. In the last two weeks, search engine traffic now accounts for only 7% of traffic. In a nutshell, if I used to get 600 visitors from Google, I now only get 70 visitors.

After the initial shock though, I started to think. Was all of the traffic that I previously got from search engines nothing but robot traffic, and the new filter is now showing a true reflection of actual visitors to my site? I have a spam filter installed on my site that I clear out frequently, well guess what, there hasn’t been a single spam comment that has made it that far in the last two weeks. The spam filter is empty, and I could usually count on 50-100 spam comments a day. Obviously the new entry page from the hosting company is working a treat.

So I put the theory into practice. I went to Google and entered a term that is completely tied to my website “Spanking nylon panties”, and just like always, stacks of links appear for my website. So it isn’t Google!!

You know what this tells me? Back in the day when I used to get 600-1000 visitors per day, chances are they were never real visitors to begin with! My numbers nowadays are embarrassingly low.

A part of this I think is the natural death of spanking blogs. Back in the day I would visit 20 or so blogs a day myself, and now you would be hard pressed to find me checking out another spanking blog once a week, let alone 20 of them. There are only a handful of us spanking blogs left from 20 years ago.

Is the end in sight? Well look, I’m coming up on my 18th anniversary next month, and I am determined to get to 20 years. I might be foreshadowing closing the blog in May of 2027, but to be honest with you, I will be 64 years old then. Perhaps it will be the time to retire gracefully at that point.

Right, you’re not here to listen to me blather on endlessly about nonsense, are you? You’re here for the spanking pics, right?
