I’m going against conventional wisdom today and against my normal posting practices. One of my biggest pet peeves is when photos are cropped down and we miss all of the external action going on, which to me can be as exciting as the image itself. The problem that I have today though is that the original picture is very wide, and being that I recently changed blog format then the original isn’t going to show as well.
So what I am going to do today is crop out the spanking action, but also share the original for your collections as well. You will just need to click on the second image to get the full size version. Isn’t it a dandy?
There is such a wealth of vintage spanking photographs, which must represent a very small percentage of adult spankings, fun or real that actually took place. I think the pics are like cockroaches, if you see one, there are or, more accurately, were probably hundreds at that time.
Which begs the question. If something can be found throughout history, and was even photographed from the time photos first existed, why is the subject now so taboo and nowhere near acceptable or mainstream. It seems to have been repressed for some reason. Was it Freud or Nietzche? We all know Dr. Spock’s work on children and I’m all for his results. Spanking should be for adults only. Childhood is hard enough and much too short. Yet, I’m amazed at how skittish the subject makes a grown person react!
Nevertheless, we are blessed with a veritable minor (the one that digs, not the adolescent!) and collector of all things spanking, especially past, who shares these rare gems with us so willingly!

It is something that I have often thought about, I wonder just how many old spanking pics there are out there sat in private/family collections. For example there was one genealogy website that I went to where I found dozens of them. I’m not really sure if I will share them because they were behind a paywall after all and I do respect peoples right to privacy. I mean if they posted it on the Internet for all to see then it is fair game, but as this is a paysite it doesn’t feel right. I’m going to guess that there are so many spanking pics out there that we will never stop finding them in our lifetime. I mean I have been collecting for almost 20 years and I think that I find more rare finds now than I ever found.
