While this photo is not the clearest in the world,  what we are able to see clearly is that the spanking hand is in motion,  and,  there are also four other actresses close by who are all laughing at their friend getting a spanking. Now,  I believe that I read in the TOP rulebook somewhere that anyone laughing at someone getting a spanking,  then they would also get the same spanking afterwards  🙂
