My friend who I went to visit in Miami is going to be here in New York this weekend, so I’m afraid I will not be able to post again until Monday. My access to a computer will be minimal during her stay as we have a lot planned for this Halloween weekend. She is dressing as Wonder Woman for Saturday night so hopefully she will agree to a fun pic ๐
In my absence though, I hope a few pics will suffice to keep you all happy. This first one I found several years ago on Google images, it has since been spread all over the Internet with many a claim about it made ๐ BUT, I will let you know that it actually ISN’T a vintage pic!! This pic is from a stage show (I forget the name) and was taken sometime in the last few years. I will give you more info once I find it again.

The next 2 pics are from a collection that I came across. Though there is no name on the first one, my belief is that it is also from the collection of BJtheDJ. Who He/She is I have no idea, perhaps one of our readers knows?

I promised you this pic about a long time ago, it has taken me this long to find it. Stan Laurel delivering the goods to an Australian lass as part of a promo I believe.

I love these two pics that are next, there is something just so traditional about them, wouldn’t you agree? Without actual knowledge, these pics I am almost certain are pics from NuWest-Leda.

This was an ebay find, I have little information on it other than I think it is an awesome piece of furniture for the mantelpiece ๐

Lastly, this pic I gathered from a yahoo group. Even though it is a drawing it is one of the finds that I had not seen before until I discovered it. I really like the drawing so I figured I would share it with you all ๐

Hope you liked the pics!!

Amazing gems.
Sometimes I think ‘gee, seen it all!’ well clearly not even close. Thanks for sharing–you have a great eye for the best images, especially the rare vintage material.
All best,
Dave
