Obviously I’m aware that not everyone is going to be happy with a virtual voice audio story, but after spending hours tinkering with it, I have now launched my first audiobook story. This is the story that was once named the ‘Mother spanks’ series on this blog.

Please give it a listen and let me know what you think. To be really honest with you, it isn’t that bad at all. It does have some limitations with dialog between two people, but I spent a lot of time editing sentences to make them sound much better. For example, “Shut up, you!” can be changed to “Hush your mouth!”, which sounds a whole lot better on the audio.

Don’t be afraid to critique it, I can take constructive feedback. Unless of course you spend your life nitpicking and looking for problems, then I might pass on what you have to say, lol. Seriously, though, don’t be afraid to tell me that you don’t like it if that is the case.

It isn’t an easy process to set up, and it might delay the next story by a few days, but I wanted to try it out. It can be really good if the story doesn’t have much dialog, which, ‘Spanking in Sunset Creek’ doesn’t have.

For independent authors who couldn’t possibly afford to pay thousands for a voice actor, it is a good alternative. Likewise, I don’t mind recording my own audios, but Audible is quite strict concerning what audios they accept, and I just don’t have a professional setup at home.
