Yet another post? What the heck is going on here? If you just want the spanking photo of the day, then here it is! This image has been on my hard drive for 7 years now. 🙂 Underneath the photo are my ramblings concerning the new book that I am currently writing, but if you only want the picture, then fill your boots; I will catch you soon. 😉

For the last few days I have been giving you a running progress report on the new book that I am currently writing. Due to other commitments I wasn’t even sure if I would get to the book yesterday, but guess what? Not only did I get to the book, but I also wrote a whopping 4,800 words for it. That now brings the total to 16,700 words. The eventual goal is going to be around 22,000 words.

All I have left to write is one final chapter, which is likely to be around 4,500 words, but if I find a natural break in the story, then I might make the final segment into two chapters.

At a guess, I’m probably going to be finished writing by Thursday. That doesn’t guarantee a Saturday release, though. The book requires an extensive read-through and edit before I can publish it; however, yesterday I also edited the first chapter of the book after I had finished writing for the day, so the editing process is underway as well.

So if my plan goes well, this is what I am hoping to achieve. For the next three days I hope to write 1,500 words a day, and also fully edit an earlier chapter when I am done writing. If I can do that on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, then half of the book would have already been edited by Friday. If that works out where I only have to edit and review half a book on Friday, then a Saturday release date is likely. Otherwise I will save it until Tuesday, which is the normal ‘new book’ release day on Amazon.

The new book is based upon the short story that I wrote called ‘Jane’s Birthday Spanking,’ but it will be like 14 times the size of that short story. The title of the story will change as well to reflect the new work that I have put together. At the moment I am thinking of calling the new book, ‘Summer Camp Spankings,’ but I haven’t fully decided as of yet.

Anyway, back to the grind I go.
