Over on my vanilla site I have a new post up, part 5 of my trip to Tokyo last year, this part is on my trip to EDO CASTLE. There are many photos on there that you haven’t seen before.
On the spanking front, today I grabbed a handful of cartoon spankings that have been sat in my folders for an age.
Always good to see more comics stuff, Richard! The El Picarro one was obviously modeled on the classic Humorama cartoon by Dan DeCarlo. The one after that is the original art for another Humorama Cartoon, this time by Mel Scott. The ones from El Payo were good also.
#1 is what I call a “missed opportunity” – that is, to show a spanking on-panel. In this case, a spanking definitely happened but we didn’t get to see it – rats! Our spankee here is Ginger, and this after-the-spanking panel was taken from Suzie #64 (Aug. 1948 – Ginger was the back-up feature). (Suzie herself got spanked twice, by the way.)
