I’m taking a guess that this pic is from the 1930’s,  unfortunately it didn’t have a date on it when I found it. I have a strong suspicion that this is a birthday spanking,  but who are they? Judging by the age of the participants I would guess that this is a Father giving his daughter a birthday spanking. This will be added to my Windsor’s Birthday Spankings album.

You will notice that my name isn’t on the pic,  thereby denoting that this particular pic wasn’t something that I paid for. I only add my name (and even then only half the time) when I pay for material as it is the only way I can get credit for financing the material that you all get to enjoy.
