Today I need to do a read-through of my current eBook manuscript and also finish the final chapter, which is almost finished already.
I’m not going to lie, I’m a little nervous about this new book. I’ve only ever written two F/M short stories before, and one of those was an F/FM story. This time I am writing a novella-length F/M spanking story, which is going to end up being around 16,000 words.
Why am I nervous? It is because the spanking story itself is nothing like I have written before, not as a full book anyway. My full-length eBooks center around character development, and it is a slow burn to get to the spanking action, but with the new F/M eBook, there is very little character development before the spankings begin.
In part, the new eBook is farcical. Over-the-top spankings and unrealistic scenarios, but perhaps I did that deliberately to make it an amusing tale. The story starts off with two young men on the day before their 19th birthdays, who meet up for a day at the pool along with their moms. The birthday spankings ensue, but then the shorts have to come down, and they get another one over their Speedos, only this time it is going to be given by their respective best friend’s mom! It isn’t long before brand-spanking-new hairbrushes are pulled out of two pocketbooks and two bare bottoms are roasted.
Some embarrassing situations happen right after the spankings, and the following day the women who live next door to the two young men get in on the action. A lot of it is comical, and I did enjoy writing it. I’m just not sure how well it will be received. The new eBook will almost certainly go up tomorrow.
This week I also qualify to put one of my eBooks up for a promotional sale, just in time for the July 4th weekend. The book that I have selected is the one below.
