Yesterday I was perusing old movie magazines, and I stumbled across this image in a French mag. At first I wasn’t even sure whether it was a swat, or if it was just a camera angle.
So off searching I went. On YouTube there are a few trailer-style videos, and the entire film can be seen on Russian sites. Now, probably like yourself, I wouldn’t touch a Russian site with a ten-foot pole, so I was left with the short videos.
True enough, this image represents a swat given in the film. Now I don’t know if it is a single swat or not. The swat seems to be taken from a scene, but I didn’t see the entire scene. Perhaps it is longer than one swat.
Anyway, I’m always happy to add something new to the community. The movie name is the title of this post and it was made in 1969.

Unfortunately I wasn’t clicking on any of those Russian sites, but you can find the extended trailer on Youtube to watch the single swat.

Thanks for letting us know about the film being up on the Internet Archive. For the record, I have watched a number of spanking videos over on there recently. There seems to have been a lot added in the last few weeks.
