Windsor Wednesday Classic – 240

This week I got a little bit of good news that hopefully I can pull off in June. Just as long as I can meet the COVID rules and regulations, it is quite likely that I will be able to go to Spain in early June. More on that after the spanking pic for this week.

One of the fun aspects of searching through newspaper archives is playing mix and match with keywords. A lot of times you have to alter your search terms in order to find those rare spanking pics. Here’s a new one that I found from the play ‘Kiss Me Kate’. Now normally, as I have mentioned a dozen times already, I’m not really a fan of Kiss Me Kate spanking pics. It certainly has something to do with the period costumes that they wear, it just never tickles my fancy.

However, quite often you can find pre production publicity pics that are posed in everyday street clothes, and therefore we are able to find some OTK spanking pics in modern day clothing. Here is one such pic that I just found this week, the rehearsal of the spanking scene from Kiss Me Kate. The lady playing Kate is a married woman, do ya suppose that she is saying “Hey honey, are you watching”? On the vanilla front there is this one band that I have yet to see that I really want to watch in person. They are called Jack Baymoore and the Bandits and I looked around to see where they will be playing this year. Almost right away I found the poster below where they will be performing in Spain at a festival. Now aside from Jack Baymoore, everyone else on the bill is either from Europe or Canada and I have hardly seen any of them live, so I looked into seeing whether it would be possible to go. The flight aside, the accommodation in Calella is dirt cheap, so just as long as I can work out what I need to do to return to the USA then I think that I am going to go to this event.

Sexy Shrew Getting Tamed

Now I have mentioned many times that the Kiss Me Kate/Taming of the Shrew spanking pics don’t do much for me, but this past week I have been searching through newspaper archives to see what I could come up with. It’s the easy stage play spanking to find and there are literally hundreds of them out there. The key is, trying to use keywords that might spring up a new find.

Last year I was searching for stage spanking photos and I found a brand new Men Are Like Streetcars one. A really good looking image that didn’t show up in search engines. I found it the old fashioned way by searching through book after book, page after page. I was very surprised that it never showed up in the search though because “Men are like Streetcars” was splashed right on it. So what I did was add another word from the picture and bam, it then showed up as the number 1 image from the search. It was a simple word as well, nothing unusual at all, but it changed the whole algorithm. That taught me something and I have since discovered many, many spanking pics by changing up the search terms. Even to this day nobody will find that Men Are Like Streetcars pic online, not without adding that one word anyway, and of course I’m not going to help any, fuck that, my days of being the source of everyone’s content are long over. Find it your damn self, lol 🙂

Now this pic isn’t new. It was new to me when I found it, but I have since discovered it on two places online on other spanking sites. However, this is an independent find and I think that you will all agree with me, there is a high degree of spankability being seen here!! In fact in a funny way this image reminds me of the famous Ann Margaret spanking photo. It must be the pedal pushers that she is wearing. Click on the image for the full sized version.

A 1962 Kiss Me Kate

There is a wanky copy of this particular image out there on the Internet with a big old watermark splashed right across it, so hopefully this new and improved version will be of meaning to those of you who like KISS ME KATE photos. I’m not a big fan of them myself, but I know that a lot of people are.

The participants in the spanking are Earl Wrightson and Jane Morgan.

Searching For Kate Pics

Is it Kiss Me Kate spanking week? Probably not, but who knows. This week I will arrive at the 15th anniversary of this blog and I intend on posting a little bit extra this week. Then on Friday, the day upon when this blog turns 15, I will try and post a bumper update. In the 20 plus years that I have been active in the scene I have met some incredible people and I have made some memories to last a lifetime. There is not a single, solitary regret that I have, not one. I stand by every decision that I have made with my head held high.

If you have followed me for any length of time then you will know that the spanking scene in Kiss Me Kate is not one that I am particularly fond of, it just doesn’t do it for me. That also means that I still have a plethora of spanking pics from the play that I have just been collecting but never got around to posting. In fact this past weekend I went on a solo Kiss Me Kate search and only scratched the surface with even more finds.

So let me throw a couple of Kiss Me Kate spanking pics up and then see how I get along with them this week before I get bored. These will be added to THIS KISS ME KATE folder.

What I like to do every now and then is go through some folders to see what pictures I have held onto for years without ever posting. The Kiss Me Kate spanking image today is one such item. On the properties of the image I can see that I found this one eight years ago in 2012, which means I have sat on it for eight years and haven’t given it much of a second look. Unfortunately I have hundreds of images just like this that have been sat in my archive for years.

Now I do have a KISS ME KATE folder where I add images that I have found, but I will be really honest with you, I couldn’t give much of a hoot about the folder. It has never been a favorite scene of mine and I only add images from the play if I think that I might have something new to offer. Mostly that is in the form of newspaper clippings that I have discovered and downloaded.

Anyway, for those of you who do enjoy Kiss Me Kate spanking pics, please enjoy today’s offering from seventy years ago.

The Taming Of The Shrew 1950

Okay, so this isn’t going to go down as the world’s greatest spanking, however, for historical reference and for those of you who love scenes from The Taming Of The Shrew, here is the two swat spanking scene from the 1950 Studio One production of the play. The play features Charlton Heston and Lisa Kirk, and I have linked the video to start at the buildup to the spanking scene which I am sure many of you will enjoy. Of course if you so desire you can watch the entire play from the link that I have provided.

This isn’t one of my finds as I rarely search for Taming Of The Shrew spanking scenes, instead this was sent to me by a long term friend, SweetguyNYC. He saw it posted on a Facebook group and he shared it with me, so I am subsequently sharing the love with you. However, it is imperative to me to give credit where it is due, for without the source we would not have the material to share in the first place. The Saturday Paper

Posting Kiss Me Kate spanking pics is not one of my forte’s, mostly because they don’t really ‘do it’ for me. The reasons why I think is related to the outfits, though I’m not exactly 100% sure if that is the only reason, it’s just never been one of my top items to post. Of course whenever I find something that I think will add some value to those who do collect these photos, I will always add them to my folders for a later date. The image today is pretty self explanatory, all of the information that you would need is written on the image, and I cropped it as such so that you can see the write up along with the newspaper in which it was posted, and it is quite a big newspaper as you can see. This download has been in my collection only since 2018, that was when I paid an extortionate price for access to a newspaper archive. I think that the copy I have is in better quality to other images depicting this scene, plus, if anyone wants it I also have the full, uncropped page that I downloaded. It is 5393 by 8242 pixels, which in computer language is bloody ginormous 🙂

The image will be added to my humble KISS ME KATE folder that holds a small amount of offerings.

Before the picture I did also just want to say that I have been trying to formulate a spanking story based on the feedback that I received for my WRITING A NOTE post. Unfortunately I had a bit of a writers block, plus I already have a half dozen stories that I have yet to finish. One idea that I had in mind was of someone overhearing a conversation that had a line similar to “Back in my day they would have all gotten a sound whuppin'”, which then sets a wheel in motion for the star of the story. Or perhaps it was said to them directly and they decided to write a note agreeing with the punishment in principle and wondering what it would have been like. I still have a lot of work to do on it, but the seeds have been planted, I just don’t know how long they will take to grow.

How Many Rehearsals?

There are no excuses from me,  I just took a break from spanking related activity. Lately I have been planning my trip to Japan and I am pretty much set now,  all I need to do is book the trip in the next week. The dates that I am almost certainly going is going to be November 25th to December the 23rd. Originally I was thinking that I would spend Christmas there,  but by bringing the trip back by three days I will save close to a thousand dollars,  so I would be foolish not to do that. If you follow my VANILLA BLOG then you will get to see my Japanese journey every day as I will be filming constantly while I am out there.

This time around I will be doing Western Japan along with Tokyo,  and the cities I will be staying in are,  in order,  Tokyo,  Kanazawa,  Kyoto,  Hiroshima and finally Osaka before returning to Tokyo. Other than my time in Hiroshima I will also be making day trips outside of thew cities that I am staying in so I hope to bring you a lot of different town’s to look at.

Now onto the subject at hand,  rehearsal spankings!! Out of curiosity,  just how many rehearsal spankings do you think take place when rehearsing Kiss Me Kate? Also,  do the understudies get a crack as well so to speak? What do you think? I would imagine that there are at least two rehearsals plus a full dress rehearsal as well as the play itself,  just at a guess. Do the understudies rehearse separately or do they take their turns with the main players as well? So many questions.

Kiss Me Kate 1959

I’m back from a little time off to rejuvenate my passion to post. This week we are going to go all the way back to 1959 for an awesome Kiss Me Kate spanking pic.

Now normally I don’t post very many Kiss Me Kate spanking pics,  mostly because to be honest they don’t really do much for me. Unless they are wearing modern dress,  or perhaps a rehearsal,  or at the very least the lifting of the heavy dress and petticoats,  other than that I will only post the odd rare find.

So in the image below it seems pretty clear that what we are witnessing is a rehearsal spanking,  in fact the page states that all photos on it were from the rehearsal in  ‘Rehearsal clothes’. So for someone like me there is an awful lot to enjoy here.

Let’s start with the spankee,  Nancy. Not only does she have a delightful smile for her playful spanking,  but she is also wearing pedal pushers. As a big fan of the 1950’s it is such a rare treat to see a girl getting spanked on top her pedal pushers. As for the spanker,  Steve,  one can’t help but notice his broad chest and strong arm,  and quite an impressive sized hand I must say. Again though,  as a big fan of 50’s culture I can’t help but smile at the pair of Tom McAn’s on his feet.
